Pet friendly accommodations. Very safe neighborhood to walk the dog. Most comfortable bed I need to get that mattress.

Didnt explore the pet areas, but it was on a quiet street and saw other people walking dogs on the road.Very clean and accommodating. Perfect for two. We were given great recommendations for restaurants. Would definitely return and stay here!

Nice and quiet

My fiancé and I decided to getaway for a quick one night stay with our dog and booked this studio. The check in process was smooth and easy and the property was easy to locate. The studio was clean and spacious with a comfortable king bed. WiFi was good for streaming which was nice and the water pressure in the shower was also really nice. The property owner was very responsive and communicated really well. Would definitely book again

Great location, very quiet, just a few minutes from downtown. There’s easy access to wineries and a short drive to the coast, Cambria, Morro Bay and Cuyacos. Studio was very clean. Well stocked with cooking supplies, a hot plate to cook on and a microwave. The place is updated with air conditioning, tv streaming services (Roku tv) and ceiling fan. Comfortable king size bed, dresser for clothing as well as a portable rack to hang up clothes. Updated bathroom with quality materials. If we’re up in this area again we will definitely stay here!

This property is in a great location. Close to downtown Paso, close to the wineries and about a 35 minute drive to the coast. We found a great breakfast place a few miles away named Agape Restaurant. The place is a little hard to find, but eventually if you look for several mailboxes before the driveway you get the hang of it. When we got there the previous renter's dog ate the TV remote, but Karlie dropped off a new one first thing in the morning. The bed was comfortable as well as the. couch. We brought our dog and she was very happy going on morning walks. Karlie let us bring an extension cord to charge our EV. No outlets in the outside but we were able to run it from the kitchen outlet to the car and still lock the door. The door is a coded entry and exit and we felt very safe.They have a coffee maker to get you going in the morning. The bathroom was very clean and the shower is amazing. The stairs can be tricky if you are carrying heavy items or you have an injury you have to. deal with. Overall not too bad. After a long day the couch and TV are your friends. Have a nice glass of wine and relax. The TV has the main streaming services and you sign in to each with your code. We enjoy the Dodgers so we had to go into town. We went to two places both in Paso. Blast and Brew and Street Side Ale House. Both places were fun.Overall, an enjoyable experience and would stay there again. Thank you Karlie!
