This lovely apartment is located inside a historical mansion in the mid-town district of Memphis, freshly redone! This one bedroom one bath unit has all the things you need for relaxing after visiting Beale St., just 2.5 miles away. Quite close to the up and coming Cooper Young district that houses many fresh new restaurants. Just under seven miles from Graceland, historical home of Elvis Presley!

I came for the National Veterans Golden Age Games. This was a neutral location for different events I had. I also got up several pickleball locations. I had a great time and it was nice to have a comfortable home to return to.

Going into it, know that it is an older, but charming building. The property management team went above and beyond to.accommodate my travel schedule and check-in/check-out times. Can't say enough about how nice they we regarding that. Would use again if I am back in the area.

The price was right

You are getting what you pay for, which isn’t a bad thing. It’s in a very old house, but that’s part of the charm. By the time I left it felt like I was leaving a cozy home

Quintessential Memphis home

Great things about this apartment: - The shower! Didn’t expect that little door to open up to a larger space with stained glass window and amazing water pressure. So so nice. - Comfort level. Ample A/C (one in each room), good sheets, bed and living room seating - Ease of communication, check-in and coming/going. 3 spaces in the parking area, and was only full one late night during our weeklong stay. Street parking right out front if need be. - Nice big tv with Roku. Wi-Fi was speedy. - This is a big old house, reminded me of my grandparents’ in a nearby neighborhood. High ceilings, creaky stairs, crown molding, radiators in funny places. If you are someone who must have newly renovated spaces, look elsewhere. To us, it was an amazing value for that exceeded expectations and felt like home.

Not what I expected

Stairs very narrow as well as steps to the apartment. No stove or frying pan. Celling fan showing wires in master bedroom also very loud and sneaky. Found and took picture of a bug dead in bedroom. I am terrified of bugs. Later found out it was a roach

Enjoyed a lovely stay!

Very cute & spacious apartment. Great amenities, especially appreciated the iron/ironing board, kitchenette, & kitchen supplies. Was able to park right next to the property and it was was nice to be just a few blocks from a couple bus routes into downtown. Definitely worth the price & worked great for my stay in Memphis.
