This home is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, spacious, has open concept interior and offers some amazing views. Property has ample space for kids with private play ground to slide and swing!. Build lasting memories!

Relax with whole family at this beautiful retreat where a beautiful home meets a stunning view and gorgeous sunset in the evening! And after dark watch the valley lights twinkle from outside patio or the glass-enclosed living and bedroom upstairs.

This beautiful house features 4 bedrooms: the first with a king bed, the second with a queen bed, the third with 2 queen beds and the fourth a Murphy foldable queen bed that also be used an office for urgent work schedules. This house has a large open area that includes Kitchen and living room to allow interaction with your family and friends. Property can accommodate 10 guests.

Misleading Photographs and Abusive Owner

Siempre rentamos en otro lado y esta vez, encontramos un lugar que parecia de ensueño. Fotografias de una cocina super linda, una buena fachada y un area de juegos para los niños que nos dejo buen sabor. Solo necesitabamos 11 dias porque nuestro otro lugar de mejor nivel estaba ocupado.La casa que tenia buenos baños toto y buena estufa, el resto de la casa dejaba mucho que desear, improvisada, una de las recamaras era en la cochera y los escalones para la recamara principal eran muy altos, ademas la puerta de la recamara principal estaba al pie de la escalera haciendola muy peligrosa.No somos nada delicados, tenemos hijos pequeños y entendemos. La casa estaba sucia, llena de polvo y mugre. 24 horas estabamos alerta porque habia coyotes en la propiedad, ratas y ardillas. Al ver el anuncio parecia todo bien pero estaba la casa dentro de un lote SIN LIMITAR entre la casa y el resto, donde tenian un deshuesadero y autos viejos, tres casas moviles o R.V.s (el anfitrion dijo que nadie movia, pero estando nosotros ahi, entraba y salia gente ademas sacaron uno de esos R.V.s durante nuestra estadía), habia 2 contenedores de barco con ventilacion (muy sospechoso) y una bodega con paneles solares (invernadero?)Todo el tiempo nos sentimos observados y en peligro, voy a subir las fotografias de todo y la alergias que le causo a mis hijos y tuvimos que ir al doctor, y el anfitrion reclamó daños a la empresa de seguros siendo que nosotros tenemos evidencia y videos de las condiciones.

It's unfortunate that the property didn't fit guest expectations. Property is in a large area in the country side and many guests have liked the quite neighborhood and peaceful surroundings it offers. Property is gated with only guests have access to the gate code. In the years of hosting we have consistently received positive reviews and we always strive to be responsive and reslove guests issues and its unfortunate that in this instance property didn't fit this guest needs. We will try incorporating feedbacks to further improve guest experience and make their stay more enjoyable!
