This is an active urban setting, located central/downtown right off the highway. If outdoor traffic noise is an issue this may not be a fit for you.

Pets
Unfortunately we are not a good fit. We have a pet rabbit 🐇 that roams around the grounds so we take precautions to ensure his safety.

Military Discount
We are a military family and proud to honor 10% off the nightly rate with proof of military ID. In order to receive the discount please send inquiry (message me via Airbnb) before booking. Once booked I cannot honor the discount.

Military PCS
We offer discounted long term stays for military moving to/from San Antonio. Send message to inquire.


The following taxes will be collected at booking:
City of San Antonio Hotel Tax: 9%
Bexar County Hotel Tax: 1.75%
State of Texas Hotel Tax: 6%

Stays longer than 30 nights are exempt from paying the taxes above.

Booking Cancellations - If a guest decides to cancel within the cancelation deadline, guest will be refunded as outlined in the policy minus processing fees.
Please ensure your reservation includes all guests staying at the property. We provide linens and towels count specifically for each guest. Thank you!

NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED INSIDE HOME
$250 fee will be charged for remediation. If the house smells of smoke or cigarette butts/etc are left - fee will be charged. If you must smoke do it outdoors only and pick up butts

DO NOT unplug home network router, wifi, or exterior cameras. Any attempt to disconnect will result from immediate eviction from property.
