Stepping into the house through the oversized solid teak front door, a beautiful white round staircase will lead you upstairs to the Great Room. With 4 meters high ceiling and teak wood paneled walls, the Great Room serves as the center of the social gathering with gourmet kitchen and stone top dining table. All the windows in the Great Room slide open to allow a seamless flow between the indoor and the outdoor. The main deck has an outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas burner and built in barbecue. Outside dining tables and a seating area complete this main outdoor deck where the view extends from Playa Conchal to Playa Flamingo.

The master bedroom with king bed and the bedroom with bunk beds are also located on the upper floor. The luxurious master bedroom boosts 4 meter high ceiling, a balcony and unobstructed ocean view from every spot in the room. The bunk room has two twin upper bunk beds over two full size beds. Custom built from teak wood, each bed has a nook with reading light and USB/outlets to charge all your devices. Downstairs, you will find three more guest bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and access to the another sea view deck and the lap pool. The outside sitting area next to the lap pool allows for a separate social area in which to hang out. An outdoor shower (with views!) and a half bath offer further convenience on the pool patio.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- No parties or group events allowed onsite.
- Government-issued photo identification required prior to arrival to ensure entrance through resort security gates.
- Security cameras are mounted in the exterior space and the garage. NO camera in interior space.
- Guests will be provided with unique code for the smart lock on the front door that is only valid during the length of the stay.
- Increase in number of guests after reservation has been accepted may result in additional charges.
