The house is located securely behind Gay's house. Please note there are no children that live in the main house.
Less than 10 minutes to Mystery Creek and Hamilton Airport.
15 minutes to Hamilton City Centre.
10 minutes to the Cambridge Avantidrome.

This neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, down a long road just on the outskirts of Hamilton, you will love the feel of the high-class neighbourhood.

This property has a fantastic outlook with large manicured lawn and lovely big trees make the grounds feel private. The house itself is a large two bedroom with a huge space for parking.
