It's 20 minutes drive from the Kotoka International Airport, 18 minutes drive from the Accra Shopping Mall, it's 15 minutes drive from the University of Ghana -Legon and the Palace Mall.
The University Botanical gardens is very close, the area has lots restaurants, bars offering both local and foreign cuisines.
The proximity to all parts of the city is easy at any time of the day and night.
The area has one of the best security in the city which makes a night life a great experience.
The place is a cosmopolitan which play host to almost all the tribes in Ghana and lots of nationals from other countries.
The place is convenient for education as well because it's located next to the educational hub of Accra. We have renowned institutions such as University of Ghana, Wisconsin University, Academic City University, Pantang Psychiatric Nursing College, Legion Presby Boys High school, Ghana Institute of Languages, University for Professional Studies among others.
Topographically the area is surrounded by the hills and green vegetation which gives unique ambiance .
