This 1,370 sq. ft unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath (1 tub, 2 showers) timeshare unit at Hyatt Vacation Club at Welk Resorts Escondido, complete with a living/dining room, kitchen, cook and dishware, a washer/dryer, a private patio or balcony, 3 TVs, free WiFi, and sleeps 6.

There are several recreation centers with 6 pools, a lap pool, several spas, water-slides, splash zone, a fitness center, and 2 golf courses. Enjoy family games such as basketball, sand volleyball, tennis, and pickleball.

NO PETS ALLOWED and NO smoking inside the unit. No RVs, skates, roller blades, or scooters aere allowed. Occupants must be 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult. An adult must occupy the unit the entire week.

You can also enjoy Live Performance Theater at Welk Resorts. Welk Resorts brings you the best of live entertainment, featuring top-notch actors, musicians and performers in Broadway-style musicals, as well as musical performances, comedy shows and illusions. Check resort website for reservations. Family-friendly performances guarantee something everyone will enjoy.

You can also enjoy some fine (yet affordable) dining at the Canyon Grill on the resort property, as well as smaller bites at other eateries on property.

Renting this unit gives you access to everything at the Resort. Some activities and/or events may require a reservation and or charge an additional fee.

Check-in is directly at the resort, not with the host. Please be advised that a major credit card will be required at check in for incidentals, just like at a hotel check in.
