This private, detached home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for families or groups visiting the New York City area. Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept layout ideal for relaxing and spending time together.
The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, with modern appliances, plenty of cookware, and thoughtful extras like spices and coffee. A large banquet-style dining nook seats up to 10—perfect for shared meals or board games.
The living room is cozy and inviting, with a plush sofa that converts to a bed for extra guests. Wind down with a movie on the smart TV or enjoy a night of conversation in this comfortable common area.
Upstairs Bedrooms:

Bedroom 2: Two queen-size bunk beds (sleeps 4 total)
Bedroom 3: One queen bed
A second full bathroom is shared between Bedrooms 2 and 3. On the main floor, you’ll also find a convenient half bath and a laundry room with full-size Samsung washer and dryer—especially helpful for longer stays or families with kids.
Step outside to your own private deck, a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning or relax in the fresh air after a day in the city. Please note that grilling is not permitted.

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds—an easy commute to Manhattan and a vibrant, welcoming community all its own. Jersey City is incredibly diverse, with culture and cuisine from around the world. You can find some of the best Indian food this side of the ocean on one block and incredible Ecuadorian dishes on the next. It's a place where people from all walks of life come together—and where visitors can truly feel at home.
