🎉 No parties or events at any time. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and we ask that all guests be respectful of the surrounding community. Gatherings are limited to the number of registered guests.

Guest Access:

We have 5 bicycles.

The lake is about 2 blocks away, guests can walk to the lake and carry the kayaks with them or the kayaks have a trailer. We have mini golf, corn hole, 5 bicycles and a fire pit all on site in the backyard.

We also have 2 grills, (one. Blackstone Grill as well as a smoker too!



Parking available for 10 cars if needed, or a truck and a boat with trailer!
