The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom includes a king-size bed for up to 3 people, a bedside table, and a work desk with an office chair. The second bedroom has a double size bed, along with a small overhead bedside table and a work desk with an office chair, plus, we can provide you with an extra single mattress, and lingerie for that item. Additionally, there is a kitchen area with a 300-liter Category A refrigerator, an automatic washing machine, and a dining area for 4 people.
It's imperative to note that there is no elevator, and the apartment is situated on the 4th floor, necessitating the use of stairs for both ascent and descent. Besides that, we don't offer parking slot
The site encompasses parking facilities for added convenience. Moreover, numerous markets, restaurants, bakeries, and shopping malls are conveniently located just a few steps away from the premises

Most of the residents are young and friendly, always willing to assist with any questions about the neighborhood. Additionally, the mall is just 3 blocks away, and there are others slightly farther but still easily accessible, even on foot.
