Shoes are required on the Patio: Slips are So Last Season. The patio can get slippery when wet and the rock can be hard on the pedicure.
Make sure your fire is fully extinguished:: Don’t make a scene by burning down the place. Put out the fire when you’re done.
Keep it down outside after 10PM: No one’s here for a late-night plot twist. Be a good neighbor and turn off the music after 10.

Excellent stay; highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the property. Great little spots for small families. Has a beautiful outdoor sitting area around a fire pit.

Great house in a nicely wooded area with a beautiful outdoor seating area. The living area is clean and spacious and was perfect for our needs. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. Our stay was very enjoyable so I highly recommend it if you are heading to Austin.

Host was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and during the stay. The home is charming, tucked away in a beautiful area. Our son enjoyed his time outside in their yard. We enjoyed our stay very much, and we highly recommend it.

Wonderful Place!

Nice get away spot for fishing and quick stays close to the lake. It’s clean and nicely stocked. Very responsive management as well! Thank you letting us enjoy it!

Sweet stay

We came from New England to visit family in this part of Austin. The house was clean, comfortable, and quiet, just a few minutes stroll from Mary Quinlan Park on Lake Austin. It’s small but seems bigger due to a fabulous outdoor area. Highly recommended for a couple or parents with a small child.

Scenic drive to a home in the hills

House was very nice up on a hill not much to view from the house, but a short drive to beautiful scenic views. Perfect for our little mini vacation. Only complaint is there was a phone locked in an owners closet and it rang a couple of times while being there scared me every time it rang. Caught a couple of fish in the river 2 min drive from the house. Over all perfect stay on a very sad weekend for the hill country.

Anniversary Trip

The property fit our needs perfectly. We were reliving our honeymoon 50 ywars ago, when we stayed a couple of blocks away. Pleasant setting in a walkable neighborhood, close to the park. Great patio area, and the recently updated interior had everything we needed. Our only issue was the driveway - super steep! Spun the cars wheels until I figured out where to line up!
