Arrival: This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is nestled in a serene quadruplex just a short walk to St. Augustine Beach on A1A Beach Blvd. Drop your bags, pack a cooler, grab the beach cart, and be on the sand in 5 minutes.

Outdoor: The condo offers an array of beach toys and water sports equipment, including bikes, boogie boards, beach and lawn chairs, an umbrella, coolers, beach bags, a beach cart, and a surfboard for guests to use.

Indoor: Bright open floor plan. The living room has a Roku TV and a sofa that converts into a queen bed with a simple pull, housing extra pillows and linens inside. Guests will find a selection of books and games, ample towels (beach towels included), and linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, a bar cart, and cocktail accessories.

Bedrooms: Cal-king master suite, queen room, bunk room, sofa bed for extra guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and luxury bedding.

Family amenities: Pack-n-play, highchair, plenty of toys and games. A DVD player and loads of DVDs are included for rainy days.

Patio: Your own tranquil retreat with string-lights, perfect for evening drinks or morning coffee.

Location: Peaceful quadruplex within walking distance to bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops. It's also near farmers' markets and renowned tourist attractions such as Ripley's, Fort Matanzas, the Ampitheatre, the St Augustine Lighthouse, the Alligator Farm, the new food truck park, and the vibrant downtown of St. Augustine (10-15 min drive).

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available for guest use, including detergent.

Location was perfect to access the beach and walking distance to restaurants when you didn’t want to drive. Lots of beach toys for the kids and comfortable beds for a good nights rest. We enjoyed ourselves and would look forward to coming back.

I grew up right here in Jacksonville Beach, so being close to the water has always been part of who I am. I’m a certified yoga instructor, love staying active, and even completed my first triathlon at 50. I am truly happy when I am spending time with friends and family (especially my children and grandchildren). Hosting guests at my properties is one of my greatest joys—I truly love creating welcoming spaces for others to enjoy the beach life as much as I do.

Relax in the open living area or on the string-lit patio. Cal-king suite, queen room, bunk room, sofa bed, play pen, and highchair make it family-ready. Updated bathrooms, smart TVs in every room, tile and wood floors throughout, fully stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry included.
