Private Quarters: Exclusive Guest Bathroom, Fiber Internet over Guest WiFi, 3 Comfy Queen Beds & 3 Smart TVs.

Each lockable bedroom has a queen bed for up to 2 guests. Rooms open by booking size:

1–2 guests → 1 bedroom
3–4 guests → 2 bedrooms
5–6 guests → 3 bedrooms
If 3 guests prefer their own private bedroom, please book 5 guests.

Amenities include: mini-fridge, microwave, ice maker, PRIMO hot/cold water with K-Cup coffee, toaster, Ninja Cooker(On Request), basic wares & more.


Flannagan Lodge offers private guest quarters designed for one to six guests in Double Occupancy Arrangement—whether you’re traveling solo, as a family, or as a group of friends. Each of the three bedrooms has its own keypad lock, giving every guest privacy and peace of mind. (Upon request, we can also accommodate hostel-style stays for individual travelers.)

SINGLE OCCUPANCY - ONE PERSON PER BEDROOM
We do not charge a cleaning fee on the Double Occupancy Pricing Structure. For Single Occupancy 1 Guest per room, we must compensate for the extra laundry and cleaning. Two rooms, Two Guests, simply reserve as three guests which adds $25 "Extra." Three Rooms, Three Guests, simply reserve as five guests which adds a cumulative total of $50 "Extra." to your reservation. Reminder: We do not charge cleaning fees to reservations, we only charge extra when single occupancy is desired and we keep the charges to a minimum.

Arrival is simple: Map to us on Google Maps or Apple Maps, Search for "Flannagan Lodge, Haysi, VA." On arrival, park in our half-circle driveway; At the sidewalk, follow the lighted red stone walkway around to the wooden deck and enter through your private guest entrance. The deck is reserved for your group’s exclusive use.

On arrival day, you’ll receive an access code for easy self-check-in.

Inside, comfort meets convenience. The wide hallway includes a mini-fridge, microwave, ice maker, and Primo® hot/cold water with K-Cup coffee. A Ninja Foodi PossibleCooker (On Request) is available so you can return from your day with a warm meal ready.
