Welcome to your tropical oasis in the heart of downtown Honolulu!
This 10' high ceiling townhouse styled condo features 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom, 310 sqft patio, 1- free assigned parking, in unit washer /dryer. It comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it the perfect retreat for families, groups of friends, or business travelers.

Bedroom 3: 2 Queen Beds, 1 Sofa Bed
Living Room: 1 Bunk Bed (sleeps 2), 2 Sofa Beds

The unit features all brand new furniture, mattresses, and bedding; brand new appliances and kitchenware. Everything was set up in June 2024.

Quiet hour 9pm to 8am. Trashes are not allowed to be placed in the building hallway, must be disposed in the designated trash room.
Return Parking card and fob to the mail box 1115's clear box. Take a photo of the keys in place. $250 fee applies to lost items, like remotes, fobs.
Open flames, including lit fires, are not allowed inside the condo or on its patio. Guests will be responsible for any damages or HOA fines.
