From the minute guests arrive at the secure and gated Tuscana Resort Orlando, they will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and a private woodland.

Located 10 minutes from Disney World and overlooking the world famous champions gate golf course, this resort is equipped all the amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay; a large swimming pool complex with separate kiddie pool, hot tub, 30 seat cinema, restaurant, bar, fitness center, bbq areas, picnic tables, and complimentary wifi. There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away such as Mcdonalds, chili's, subway, pizza hut, publix grocery store, and Walgreen's drug store.

Warm weather and a great place to stay made for a wonderful visit to Florida! This is our second time staying at this property, and we enjoy the cleanliness, updated furnishings, and convenient location - close to Disney but outside the crowds and traffic. Easy communication, entry and departure. The pool was under renovation, so we look forward to that amenity update on our next visit, will stay again. Thank you for sharing your property!

My children & I traveled to FL for their first Christmas vacation! This stay was more than amazing…. Very clean environment. The rooms were very discos and so clean. My host was soooo amazing I don’t think 5 stars are enough. They checked in throughout just to make sure everything was well and that my family didn’t need anything! I fell in love with the bathrooms space! Although it is an apartment the neighbors were quiet and very friendly as well. Felt like we were in our own space. This is a 10/10 recommend! Our first stay was cancelled and I’m so very grateful it was because this stay was better, less expensive and we felt at home! Thank youuuuuuu

Great Property!

Our overall stay was great. The property is as advertised. The only complaint is that the sign for the building was removed and it made it very difficult to locate the condo.

Very nice

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and well decorated. There was wifi and cable tv so that was a plus. It was with close to Orlando day and night life activities. All in all this place was a great choice.

Great condo in a perfect spot - close to disney attractions, yet tucked away from noise, traffic and congestion. Gated community with a lovely pool and hot tub area, very relaxing. Nicely appointed and clean condo with fun decor. Communication and checkin, easy. Will stay again, thanks!

Nice clean condo

We and our friends needed a place to stay for a quick day with trip to Universal. The place is very easy to find it and very clean. It easily accommodates two families. Communication by the host is very good. Would highly recommend!

Nice and clean

A little trouble getting lock box open and had to use a key all week instead of a keypad. Pool was very nice. Beds and bedding were nice. Needed a new toaster and they brought us one. Only complaint is the TVs. Nice and big but had to stream our directv from home.

Poor communication skills. I called and text about tissue, new rags and towels and never received a call or text back. The refrigerator wasn’t getting cold. The water from the shower with the 2 beds was running everywhere

My rating is mostly due to the misrepresentation of the "amazing amenities"....the clubhouse was empty and deserted, no cinema, no restaurant, no bar, no gym, just the pool. Calling this a resort is incredibly misleading. We only chose this location because we thought we wouldn't have to fight the horrific traffic of Championsgate to find food everyday. Even the phone # for the clubhouse/restaurant/management is disconnected. The condo itself does not appear to be newly renovated, as in the last year...maybe 3 years. But it was comfortable. If more than 2 people stay, don't try to take a hot shower within the same hour. The tub in the master bath feels like it's shower pan or flooring is giving way beneath it, the closer you stand to the drain. All the appliances we used worked, but it did take an hour for my husband to get 2 of the TVs to work, he had to re-pair them to the remotes. Both remotes need new batteries. The photos of the condo are accurate, just not the amenities.
