The spacious deck invites you to paddleboard or relax in the hot tub. Prefer lounging? The lower level, richly furnished, awaits. With both outdoor and indoor stairs, seamless transitions between floors ensure sun-soaked days.
-The Tiara boat belongs to the homeowner and is stationed at the dock as well, but there is space for another boat.
-The cargo lift is available if needed.
-Streaming services are available with guests` accounts.
-Beach towels are available for guest use.
-Age-appropriate games are available for younger guests.
-Guests must stay for a minimum of 28 days.
-2 dogs, weighing 35 lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are -allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
-Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
-Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest`s stay.
