The living room has large windows for plenty of light and is equipped with a comfortable sofa that converts into a Queen size bed and a large Smart TV. The spacious dining room is the perfect spot to enjoy family meals and gatherings. There is a full bathroom with a walking shower off the living room for more privacy.

Ample space in the kitchen with more windows to enjoy the magnificent views. It is equipped with all appliances, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Relax at the balcony as the nice breeze and panoramic views become your tropical playground.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, plenty of closet space, and a sofa. There is a totally remodeled in suite bathroom with walking shower and bidet. This villa has has a recent transformation and features a Caribbean decor.

The Space
Villa Las Brisas is located within the gated premises of the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort and Casino. You will have access to over five hundred acres of tropical paradise with a private beach, several golf courses, and access to the hotel amenities.

You will have step free access through the entire parking space all the way to the front door.

A king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa with plenty of closet space for personal belongings. The bathroom is very spacious, nice, and bright with a modern walking shower and hot water.

The sofa in the living room converts to a Queen size bed in front of a large smart flat TV and will accommodate two adults if needed. The hall/entry bathroom has also a shower and is nicely decorated. This feature adds privacy for guests.

The entire apartment has cathedral ceilings and the views are visible from all living areas and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to make any size meals.

Sit in the balcony to enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean and El Yunque National Forest. You will have space for your family to sit , have your favorite beverage and grilled a nice meal.
Guests have access to a pool walking distance from the villa with bathrooms and tables. Minutes away from the villa you will have private beach access with golden sand and palm trees. A community pool steps away from the beach is the place to relax, read your book, or simply sun bathe. You will be able to dine at one of many restaurants and bars inside the hotel where you can savor Puertorrican Cuisine.

The hotel offers other amenities and fees may apply. Guests can play golf. The pool located inside the hotel is only for hotel guests. **Owners have installed a ring camera at the entry door outside the property. It has been installed only for security purposes. **
