Very nice property!

Very clean, well decorated place. Great location as well. My only piece of advice to the owner, would be to hang the TV on the wall and open the living room up with different furniture. The living area is a bit congested.

Been to Reunion several times and this is very nice home. My only complaint is you are forced to use an entrance to property that is very far away (when another entrance is so close).

Great place for a family retreat or short getaway

Had a blast my wife and I. Close Walking distance to a large pool. Restaurants and grocery. Great walking paths and nice golf courses. Only comment to the owner would be to remember to clean the outside porch before guests arrive. Was really really dirty. Outside of that minor inconvenience the place was great and checkin was seamless. Thanks!

DIRTY

The condo was so beautiful but when we arrived it had not been cleaned. We let them know and they did come in and clean but the living room floor was the only floor cleaned. The bathroom and kitchen floors had not been mopped and the bedrooms had not been vacuumed. The patio furniture is very stained and the beautiful outdoor glass table was filthy. Even though it is beautifully decorated, I would not stay there again because of how dirty it was. So sorry for a bad review.

Beautiful place with comfy beds!

This property was just as advertised and we had an awesome stay. It is absolutely beautiful and completely clean. The beds are SO comfortable we had a hard time getting going. Highly recommend this place!

Nice quiet property

Location was fine. Reunion properties are a cut above most Orlando rental properties Would be so much easier if you could ENTER the gate close to property

Davis vacation

The property was nice we were not pleased at all with the limitations on what we could do and Everytime we left the property we had to go all the way back to interstate 4and come through that toll Everytime we couldn't go to the water park the only thing we could do was go to the pool and use the grill that's not what the advertisement said we should have had access to that gate right beside the unit we didn't even have a trash can I had to take the trash up the street to another house that's not what you do on vacation

Just like the pictures

We were so pleased with the accommodations. It was so comfortable that I kept falling asleep. It was pleased with the cleanliness as well. The unit is not far from one of the pools.

Nice and Quiet

The rooms were nice and accommodating but it wasn’t clean as I would prefer there were crumbs on the kitchen counter when I got there and there was hair on the master sheets. Did wash them first, ants were extremely bad in all the cabinets. Kitchen floors were sticky.... but location is nice and the fits a family perfect someone just need me to check behind housekeeping.

A nice condo in a beautiful neighborhood.

We rented this because I was racing the relocated Ironman Florida. It is a very beautiful condo with a very large TV. We had an issue with it but Steve showed up and fixed it so we didn't miss the game on Saturday. The front porch was awesome as well!!

Very nice area!

The pictures of the condo were very accurate. Each room was true to the picture and decorated nicely. The air conditioning unit in our condo did not work it was 77-78 degrees in our condo at all times with no air flowing. Our stay was in June and after being out in the heat all day and then coming back to a condo that warm was very uncomfortable. The warmth made it very difficult to sleep. We called several times about this, but the issue was never solved. We also had to haul our trash to another unit. We found this odd and did not like dumping our trash into another units trash can. The Reunion Resort area is very nice with great pools and quick access to Disney parks.

Very homey!!!

We had a great stay. It was very clean, beds were very comfortable, great pillows. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials that you need for cooking...oil, sugar, spices and plastic wrap. Had one issue and I called the number and they came right over and fixed it. Very happy. Will definitely stay here again!!! Only one thing is it would have been better if they had given you a gate card.

Charming unit...just wished everything had worked!

We came to stay here with our parents and our four children while visiting Orlando. The unit was cute and it had the potential to be just what we needed. Unfortunately, the internet and cable were non-functioning for most of our stay. This meant we could not even use our phones to research anything, check email, etc because cell service was not great, either. No one was able to watch tv which did impact the grown-ups ability to sleep past 6:30 am and made packing a challenge as we had little ones underfoot! We reached out to the property management company and reached Steve right away, but he wasn't able to solve the problem and never checked back with us after our initial conversations. After checking out, we emailed him our concerns and heard nothing back. Overall, this really left us with negative feelings about our stay. We would not have chosen a unit that lacked these amenities for our vacation, especially because almost everything is done online these days. Besides the lack of internet/cable service, I would only mention that the unit seemed in need of a deep cleaning. There was noticeable significant dust on baseboards and other areas that surely don't get cleaned after every guest. The highlights: the cinderella bed is adorable and the master bed was very comfortable.

Beautifully decorated, Gated Community

This gated community is really nice and the unit was decorated so tastefully! It is exactly as the pictures show. We have small children and travel to Orlando several times a year to visit the parks. We've stayed at a lot of different places. This one is really nice and we plan to stay here again. Probably the only inconvenience is that the closest community gate to the unit is for members only (you can exit here, you just can't enter) which means a much longer commute through the community when trying to get back to the unit in the evening. An enhancement would be to have a key card placed in the apartment that renters can use. You could have a deposit placed on the card to encourage people to not forget to leave the card behind when checking out. All in all, we had a wonderful stay; no complaints. - Jack n' Su Davis
