This splendid 9-room apartment is the top/1st floor of our spectacular, 1814 house. It includes 4 luxury bedrooms, each providing both a fancy decor and the highest comfort (with superior quality bedding), with private bathrooms that include all amenities, even bathrobes. The apartment also comprises a spacious and comfy living room (also with a queen-size futon), a warm dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen, with coffee (expresso, american, italian) and basics for breakfast and cooking. Every detail has been carefully thought through to make your stay an enchanting and unforgettable experience.

Located midway between Old Quebec and Mont Ste-Anne (about 15-min drive away each, and 7 min from Ile d'Orleans), our spectacular property is a serene retreat for guests in a pastoral setting with century-old willow trees and a magnificent river. Both the house and land offer the most picturesque environment.

Not only is our street (avenue Royale) a historical landmark and a favorite of Quebec's cyclists, we're also a 2-min ride away from the cycle path that goes all the way to the Old City. Cars, skis and bicyles can be stored indoor in our large 3-car garage.

Note that the apartment is accessible via an indoor stairway (see pictures - no elevator).

Marjorie was exceptionally responsive from the time of booking right through until we checked out. A perfect location, and beautiful home for our family getaway to the Québec region. We will recommend to others and will book again if visiting the area again.

We loved this place, and the owners were fantastic. They thought of every possible amenity to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The place is charming, well decorated and the location is excellent. This is one of best rentals we've ever had.

Charming large apartment in a lovely country location

The host has gone out of her way to create a cozy and well appointed rental unit on the top floor of their country home. All the rooms are large, the furnishings, bathrooms and kitchen are up to date, and the location about a half hour outside Quebec City is great for exploring the region, or even popping into Quebec City for a meal or shopping expedition. Plus she was very helpful to give us tips about local restaurants and attractions.

A beautiful and relaxing home-away-from-home!

We had such a lovely stay here! Marjorie was so responsive and helpful all the way through, and as a seasoned traveler, it seems she has thought of every single detail to make it a 5-star home-away-from-home experience. The apartment was beautifully and thoughtfully appointed and very spacious and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked and ready to be cooked in. It was a short drive into Quebec City, Mont Sainte Anne, etc. We only wished that we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more! We definitely look forward to returning again soon.

Beautiful property with an excellent host

The property is located on the second floor of a beautiful, historic home. All of the furnishings are tastefully done and very cozy. The linens are all so soft and of the best quality. Marjorie, the host, has covered every detail - from robes in the bedrooms, slippers in the bathroom, to a full kitchen of supplies and a full breakfast. She even made us French crepes! She is so easy to communicate with should you need anything. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Amazing

Wow absolutely Amazing!!! The apartment was very spacious, yet cozy, clean and well equipped with every thing we needed. The location was perfect, just a short drive to Quebec City, Montmorency Falls and Ile Orleans. Our host Marjorie, was so delightful and went above and beyond to provide us with the best experience! She was very helpful recommending restaurants and sites to see. We highly recommend this beautiful property, you won't be disappointed!!

If I could give 10*'s I would!

An absolutely incredible location. We loved being outside the city just a bit and didn't have to hassle with parking on city streets. The lodging was stunning - the beds (and pillows) , the towels, the kitchen supplies, all of it. Most hosts give you an access code and never see you. Marjorie and Max make sure you understand the features and grounds and if you want communication in less than five minutes, these two are the best. Thank you for the breakfast foods!!! Yummy! Thanks, too, for helping us with getting to Quebec City and giving us ideas on places to see and eat. Enjoyed talking gardens and sailing. The nicest lodging we have ever had. They deserve 10* and we hope to come back to see them again soon,
