House was clean and Host Ayo and Eze were very help. we rented from Aug , Sept and Oct. House is very near to Contra Costa Medical Center No traffic. We recomend this place.

Great house, very clean and modern. Very well stocked kitchen. Easy to access many grocery stores and shops. Near to the Contra Consta Regional Medical center Hospital.Host Ayo and Eze are very good and helping. We are again coming to the their house from Spet 5th through Oct 18th. We are pure vegetarin Even they help me to keep our laggauge and our food n their house.

Lovely and cozy cottage

It was lovely to arrive in Martinez, California after a long journey from our city, Bariloche, in the Argentine Patagonia, and to be met with the warm reception of Ayo and Eze in their beautiful home. The lodge es excelent, every detail is taken care of, and everything is beautiful. We truly enjoyed each day. A huge thank you to Ayo and Eze for the time we spent in their cottage. We will definitely repeat it soon. Many thanks

Home away from home - Grateful is an understatement!

Ayo and Eze came into our lives through a quick VRBO search during a stressful time of being displaced during unexpected renovations from our rental home in the area. Ayo was always quick to respond to all of our questions and accommodated our booking when the project at our home was delayed. I was blown away by the amount of storage space available in this home. Eze clearly took this home on as a passion project as you notice details that wouldn't be thought of by a normal general contractor. The natural lighting makes your stress melt away and the skylights are magical making it a nice reset in the mornings to get some fresh air while drinking your coffee. The home sits up higher in their backyard tucked away in the corner so its quiet and private. I will definitely be sending my family when they come to town to Eze and Ayo's! They are great people with a great home.
