While the cabin has a simple, relaxed feel, it also offers access to a community sauna, a private pond, a private fire pit, beautiful views of the Needles Spires from the backyard, and a great walkway to enjoy the scenery. We’re sorry for the frustration this caused and understand how stressful it can be to change plans close to a trip. Our pet policy is listed in the property description and also included in the rental agreement so guests can review before booking and right after booking. We also sent an initial message asking for details about your pets to confirm we could accommodate them, but unfortunately did not receive a response. We never want guests to feel dismissed or insulted. Our intention was simply to communicate the policy clearly and politely.
