This serene 3-acre property offers a lifted log cabin with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a variety of amenities to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. The cabin features a spacious living area, well-equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and an outdoor oasis for recreation and relaxation.

We are happy to provide items to make your stay enjoyable, and you are welcome to use what you need, but leave the rest for the next guests or you will NOT be invited back and your security deposit WILL be affected! Don't be that person that messes this up for everyone else! Cabin is inventoried after EVERY stay!

PET NOTES - Dogs only, NO cats or other animals! $20 per dog per night

No aggressive dogs

All dogs MUST be housebroken
All dogs must be current on shots
Must be leashed when outside
Must NOT be left alone in the house unless crated
Be aware there is NO fence around the property
NO dogs on the lilypad - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Poop MUST BE PICKED UP unless it is in the wooded areas
NO wet/muddy dogs allowed in the house - dog towels will be supplied
Security deposit WILL BE charged against if rules are not followed

RENTAL AGREEMENT, WAIVER (Completed by ALL adults) AND ID REQUIRED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF BOOKING OR IT WILL BE CANCELED
$500 SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED - A "HOLD" IS PLACE ON THE CC ON FILE, IT IS NOT ACTUALLY COLLECTED UNLESS THERE ARE DAMAGES. THE HOLD IS RELEASED 4 DAYS AFTER THE STAY WITH NO DAMAGES.
EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS PRESENT COVERING ALL EXTERIOR DOORS, DRIVEWAY, YARD, AND DOCK. DO NOT DISABLE THEM OR THE MODULE OR IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION AND EVICTION WILL OCCUR WITH NO REFUND!
CAMERAS MAY OR MAY NOT BE ACTIVE DURING THE ENTIRE RESERVATION.

While the property is regularly sprayed by a professional exterminator, nature cannot be controlled, and sightings of these animals or insects are inevitable in a log cabin lakehouse on the water, surrounded by trees. No refunds will be granted for encounters with any wildlife or insects, as this is an inherent part of the lakefront experience. Thank you for your understanding and for embracing the beauty and serenity of the natural world!

Booking Requirements:
Signed rental agreement and waivers for all adults must be submitted within 24 hours of booking to avoid cancellation
Primary guest must be 25 years or older and present throughout the reservation
No third-party bookings or smoking of any kind allowed (no exceptions)
Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property
Relax and unwind at JJ's Point of View, where serenity and comfort await!
