This well furnished apartment is just minutes away from the hospital, shopping and restaurants. With a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, extra storage and a lovely living area you’ll feel right at home. This mid-term rental offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Whether you are visiting for work or play, this space provides the ideal base for your Idaho Adventure!

In agreement with the on-site property management, we require each guest to provide a copy of their drivers license and complete a background check. Cost to cover the background check is $40 per background check.

Our story began when we were guests ourselves in a short-term rental property. We were intrigued by the prospect of becoming hosts ourselves. After searching different locations we settled on Idaho Falls, ID to launch our first properties. Our desire is to offer a "premium" option when compared to other units that flood the market.
