Remodeled 2 bdrm apartment! Ground floor apt in a 4-plex.
1 step entrance at the front door. Brand new- bedding, furniture, flooring and lighting. We also have a 1 bdrm unit at this same location. This unit allows for more guests with 2 nice big bedrooms, TV in the master, private entrance, parking for 2 cars, super fast wifi with HULU for the TV, sofa sleeper, plenty of closet space, lots of natural lighting from sliding patio door and everything you need in the kitchen.

Downtown Idaho Falls

This was a very clean apartment and quiet. Located near downtown and restaurants/shopping. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Clean and Tidy in Idaho Falls

This Vrbo was easy to find, right along a main strret. Had a little issue with the touch pad lock, but Deana got the problem solved virtually. Very clean. Had everything we needed. While we were there it was very quiet. Great stay.

Excellent stay!

Before booking I sent a quick question to the host and the response was almost immediate. I appreciated the quick answer and helpful clarification to make our stay more comfortable. The apartment was easy to find and the community offered both grocery stores and fast food nearby. We mostly chose to shop at a nearby WinCo to stock the fridge for our stay and found the kitchen well stocked to prepare simple meals. The decor was simple and elegant throughout and the beds were quite comfortable. Having plenty of coat hangers to utilize the first night saved me needing to use the supplied iron. I also appreciated the unit being on the ground floor and parking was very close to the door, both making access easy. We never once heard a neighbor our entire stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Well furnished apartment with two large bedrooms, everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of room. Ground floor entry. Centrally located in town.

Clean and Convenient

We have grown children in the area and a group too big for their home. This worked fine for the two of us and would have been good for 2-4 more. It is older and so is the neighborhood, but it was very clean.The price was better than most other rentals.

Great apt for great price.

This little apartment was super clean and easy to access. It was about 5 min from the main part of town. The AC worked great, TV was easy to access, the beds were super comfy. We only stayed 2 nights and we were very comfortable.

Great price, great place!

Better price than most hotels with a ton of space. Very very clean! Property management was quick with all questions. Bedrooms have their own temperature control. Very cute inside. Has everything you need. Very quiet, didn’t hear any neighbors. Would stay again!

Christmas Holidays with Married Daughter and her Family

The property was very clean, with everything in white. Their is nice closet space and dresser space. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking implements and tools, appropriate for the stay.The layout has a small kitchen/dining room space, which was a little awkward, as 2 of my daughters were trying to prepare a meal together. The kitchen table seats 3.The smoke detector is right by the kitchen area, so it went off a few times.While the apartment was cozy and clean, we were a little disappointed at the lack of Holiday/Christmas decor, yet understand that not everyone who goes to VRBO route wants that decor or celebrates.There is one bathroom, again well stocked, which was suitable for us during our short stay Thank you.

Three night stay

We came in for a quick three night stay. We were visiting friends to attend a celebration of life. The unit was everything we needed. It was very well kept, clean, and well equipped.

Very nice apartment

Stayed here for our son's wedding. Comfortable, quiet, clean. Very adequate for the two of us. Enjoyed the neighbor's wind chimes! Couldn't watch TV except for free news channels.

Clean property with all the amenities

My husband and I stayed 3 nights. The kitchen had everything we needed (coffee pot was a bit small for our habit). Rooms were clean, two nice tvs with Wi-Fi and movie channels, This was a basement apartment so not much privacy if you open all the drapes. We were gone most of the time, so not an issue for us.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mid-Town apartment. It was perfect for our needs. It was clean and roomy with comfortable beds and convenient entry. I have 2 suggestions to prepare for future guests. One, provide 2 or 3 more towels in the bathroom. Next, use some of those plug in air fresheners to give the apartment a pleasant oder. It smelled smoky. I don't know if it was was from former guests smoking in the apartment or if the smell was coming from neighboring apartments, but something to mask the smell would be a good idea.

Clean, quiet and good value

I stayed Monday through Saturday. When I checked in it was about 5 PM and I was concerned about street noise given the location of this unit. Turned out to not be a problem at all. Parking was off street and the spot was big enough that I wasn’t concerned about door dings. The apartment complex itself is in an older section of Idaho Falls and the other residents didn’t really maintain the outside of their places nicely so it felt a bit grungy (certainly not the owners fault, just something to consider). You don’t have a great view if you open the curtains and people walking by would easily be able to see inside. No big deal for me as I was mostly gone during daylight hours and never opened the drapes. Just something to consider if you are a person who likes to throw open your curtains in the morning. The unit was very clean and all the furnishings appeared to be new and in good condition. I appreciated having access to a full kitchen and used it several times for light cooking and found it was stocked with what I needed to include coffee filters, salt/pepper and Saran Wrap. Streaming wasn’t fantastic and “lack of connection” messages would pop up but not a huge deal. Towel racks for the hand towels would have been nice as would have been more toilet paper and a box of tissues. I bought both part way through my stay. The owner did check in with me once I got checked in which was thoughtful. Overall, it’s a nice little space and met my needs which was quiet, clean, safe and a full kitchen.
