Unwind in the year-round indoor pool (heated to 84˚F) with its own dedicated bathroom and secured keypad entry for safety, or relax in the hot tub. Towels for both the pool and the house are provided.

Fire up the natural gas-powered BBQ grill for delicious nightly barbecues. The wrap-around covered deck, complete with rocking chairs, cushioned seating, and an outdoor dining set, is the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying conversation. Inside, the game room offers endless entertainment for guests of all ages, featuring a 70" 4K Smart TV, air hockey table, ping pong table, and arcade games, including Time Crisis 4 and Fast and the Furious Drift, ensuring everyone stays entertained!

The well-equipped kitchen opens to the living and dining areas, allowing for easy interaction while cooking and serving. Some kitchen amenities included are a Crock-Pot, rice cooker, electric kettle, and a Keurig that accommodates both pods and ground coffee. The dining area comfortably seats up to 18 guests. We provide a starter pack that includes dish soap, dishwasher tabs, bar soaps, trash bags, and basic paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Depending on your needs and the length of your stay, you may want to bring or purchase additional supplies from local stores.

Each of the five bedrooms is furnished with comfortable beds and quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The cabin also features six bathrooms for added convenience. This spacious, three-story cabin offers plenty of room to relax: the main entrance opens to the lower floor, where you'll find the game room and indoor pool. The main floor includes one bedroom, the kitchen, living/dining area, and the outdoor wrap-around covered deck, while the upper floor houses four additional bedrooms. Please note that the cabin has a multi-level layout with a good number of stairs, which contributes to its spacious design and cozy mountain charm. Guests with mobility concerns may want to take this into consideration. For added safety and peace of mind, baby gates are installed at the top of each interior stairwell.

Roads to this mountain cabin are 100% paved. Along with the beautiful views, there are some winding turns and areas where the road narrows. Paved parking right outside the front door can easily accommodate 4 cars. The entry roads are moderately steep and windy for a short distance. Surrounding woods are steep and not suitable for a play area. Resort Fee is for pool maintenance and heating. Rest easy in knowing our goal is to provide you with a clean, welcoming home.

We've hired the best inspectors, cleaners and maintenance teams we can find. Because of this quality-driven commitment, we do not offer discounts for housekeeping or maintenance issues. If you discover an issue, let us know and we will deal with it ASAP. Sometimes a detail gets overlooked or a problem arises (this is a house after all, and things do break), so please understand that.

In order to rent this property:
Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest”
● Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)
● Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
● Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
● Credit card must be in Booking Guest's name. In other words, ALL these must be in the SAME NAME
● Security hold of $500 required

Your booking is TEMPORARILY HELD for 24 hours after you book. During this 24 hour period, renter is required to sign and submit rental agreement and provide scan/photo of Government ID that matches method of payment or your booking will AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL. We use a web-based system called OwnerRez, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. Please note, we do not accept Affirm, PayPal, or any 'buy now, pay later' payment methods.

It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you purchase travel insurance and REVIEW our Cancellation Policy prior to booking your stay. Refunds are NOT provided for weather-related access issues, so please plan accordingly. We are unable to refund platform fees (because we do not collect platform fees).

This property is in the Great Smoky Mountains. There is wildlife here! Some of it may be dangerous. Be aware that native wildlife includes bears, snakes, raccoons, turkeys, skunks as well as insects that may bite or sting. We maintain a regular pest control service, but neither they nor we can guarantee you will not encounter wildlife outside or inside. This is a risk you agree to by booking.

❌ No events, parties, or gatherings; max of 18 people on the property at any given time
❌ No Fires. Fires of any kind can result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund
❌ No Trailers or RV's are allowed. The road to the cabin is narrow and one-way. Driveway has no room for trailers/RV turnaround

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 18 and includes infants and children. This maximum is based on our license, parking, water capacity, and bed count. This total includes people day or night, staying or visiting. Any evidence of guests above the 18 person maximum occupancy may result in eviction of the whole group without refund.

This property features exterior surveillance cameras. These devices may be recording audio and video 24/7. They do not face into living areas, pool or hot tub. Covering, unplugging or tampering with cameras and/or internet Wi-Fi related equipment will result in a $200 fine.
