Xtay is a 100% digital flexible stay platform, perfect for those who are tired of the traditional accommodation model. We operate professionally furnished apartments for those looking for the comfort of home, with lots of technology and full-time service available 24 hours a day remotely.
24h reception, paid on-site parking and restaurant for paid lunch and breakfast.
Accepts only small pets up to 10 kg.
Count on Xtay technology, download the Xtay application from the PlayStore or AppleStore to complete the check-in registration, then activate your bluetooth, click on the "Tap to Open" button and bring your device close to the building and apartment locks to open.
If it is not possible to activate your bluetooth, the access password provided by the application can be typed into the lock to open the door.

Although we are located inside a hotel, we offer hosting services and subscription accommodation without room service. Accepts only small pets up to 10 kg.
