Host was very attentive to questions. We had a great trip. Parking was easy, as noted in the description there are not any elevators, so keep that in mind with luggage. Nice view, we love the area.

The condo was perfect! It had a beautiful view. I enjoyed meals on the deck. The other side had an ocean view. We were close to the restaurants. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The furnishings were lovely! Communication was clear and quick! Great place!!

Property is super nice, modern and clean! Everything is exactly as shown on pictures. Took us a 5 min walk to the beach access. One important thing to note is the fact that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator, which didn’t impact us at all but could impact if there’s any elderly on the group! 2 parking spaces uncovered and very convenient close to the stairs! We’ll definitely come back to Pensacola Beach and sure will look for this place!!!Thanks Premier Island Management!

Property was nice. Decent views of both bay and gulf. Deck was nice. We drove about 1/4 mile to a beach with picnic tables, rest rooms. Very nice beach and facilities. Kitchen needs wine and drink glasses. Only plastic wine glasses.No mention that I had to climb four flights of stairs with luggage, groceries, etc.No instructions on how to use the tv's, I don't believe they have cable.I received a real nasty note on my windshield about not having a parking tag within an hour of arrival, where they threatened to tow my car. Not necessary, especially since there were about two cars in the lot.All in all, my wife and I both agreed we would stay there again,.
