Welcome to our beautifully upgraded top-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at Waikoloa Villas in Waikoloa Village. This meticulously decorated unit offers stunning ocean views and overlooks the Waikoloa Village golf course. A short drive will take you to the island’s best beaches, Waikoloa Beach Resort, excellent restaurants, a grocery store, and a gas station. A new nearby shopping plaza adds even more dining and shopping options.

Start your day with coffee or unwind with afternoon cocktails on the oversized lanai, enjoying the lush tropical grounds, roaming wild turkeys, and ocean views. The lanai offers a perfect spot for watching golfers during the day and breathtaking sunsets in the evening. It features ample dining and outdoor seating, along with a wet bar and wine cooler.

• Waikoloa Villas: Two swimming pools, a spa, and BBQ areas
• Waikoloa Village Association: Access to an aquatic center, 18-hole golf course, tennis court, and a new pickleball court

Condo Features:
• Main Floor: Open floor plan extending to the large lanai, one bedroom with two queen beds, bathroom with tub/shower combo and washer/dryer
• Second Floor: Primary bedroom with a king bed, spacious walk-in closet, and an oversized walk-in shower
• Both Bedrooms: Equipped with Cariloha mattresses for a restful night’s sleep and AC for a great night sleep

Beautiful condo on golf course

We enjoyed our stay in this immaculate condo. It was very clean and had everything you could need. The kitchen was very well equipped. Nice, quiet area but not too far to the beach. We would definitely come back here again!

Fabulous condo for family vacation

Our family had a fantastic stay at this beautifully updated condo. The location was convenient to gas station, grocery store and a good location when traveling around the island to see all of the sights. We enjoyed the pool area with grills and all of the extras in the the condos made us feel right at home. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The property was super clean and comfortable with a perfect spot to watch the sunset off the lanai. We would love another stay here and highly recommend this spot!!!

Love the layout

The condo was perfect for my family. The layout is amazing, great shower upstairs. Lots of windows that can be opened to let air in. Comfy beds and kitchen is stocked very well! The activity closet was awesome. Chairs, boards and the cooler we used daily. Love the freezer ice maker and ice packs which worked great for cooler. Hot tub was hot and pool was nice and BBQs worked great. Was close and convenient to go right down to pool out back. Only downside is a little further from beach (15 mins or so to closest) but we knew that booking and were not disappointed.

Sounds of the jungle

It was fun to listen to the sounds of all the birds that live in the bushes and trees around the condo. It was very quiet otherwise. The condo was extremely well outfitted.One thing that was negative was that the upstairs bathroom was not enclosed and therefore not very private. There was always a nice breeze blowing, and therefore not hot and the windows could be kept open all the time because there was no air conditioning. It wasn’t a problem.
