Outstanding!!

This is the most outrageous place. It is really hard to imagine what would make it better. Susan has thought of everything. First the location is wonderful. Close to town with a view of the sea that is a feast for the eyes. The apartment is hugh, spotless, and very user friendly. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook great meals. Examples..lettuce spinner, 3 cutting boards, 3 different sets of wine glasses, large refrig, espresso maker, etc. Etc Then of course, you can have your meals on the balcony off the kitchen or on the big terrace. All communications with Susan or Angelo were immediate and helpful. We were even able to park our car in a secure patio. Thank you Susan for sharing your place with us. Our 7 days were extremely memorial. Pictures do not show how big it really is. When you walk in your mouth will drop open!!!!

Beautiful views, short walk to the piazza with some shopping and restaurants. Little longer walk downhill to the beach area.

Traumhaft schön

Die Wohnung liegt toll (es ist alles notwendige fußläufig zu erreichen). Praktisch ist auch ein vorhandener Parkplatz. Wir wurden herzlichen empfangen und haben tolle Tipps erhalten. Die schönen umliegenden Strände sind die mit kurzen Strecken per Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben den Urlaub dort wirklich sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Kurz und gut - wir können sie nur empfehlen.

Ottimo soggiorno

Siamo stati ospiti nella cosiddetta “Dependance” di Pizzo per una decina di giorni alla fine del mese di luglio 2020 e siamo felici di lasciare una recensione estremamente positiva di questo soggiorno. L’appartamento è frutto di una ristrutturazione sapiente e molto elegante di un vecchio palazzetto nel centro del paese, e gode di una magnifica posizione panoramica sul mare e sul Castello di Pizzo. Le foto del sito non rendono giustizia alla bellezza dell’appartamento. Eccellente la pulizia e la funzionalità di tutti gli ambienti. Ottima la qualità dei materassi e dei cuscini. La casa è fornita di biancheria pulita e profumata e stoviglie sufficienti per 6/8 persone. La possibilità di parcheggiare nel cortile interno della casa (attenzione alla larghezza della macchina: con la mia Toyota Rav 4 riuscivo ad entrare solo ripiegando gli specchietti laterali) è un vantaggio non secondario considerando la difficoltà di trovare parcheggio per le strette strade di Pizzo. Essere in centro vuol dire anche un po’ di rumore, anche se solo nelle serate del fine settimana, ma la possibilità di chiudere le finestre ben isolate ed accendere il condizionatore o il deumidificatore attenuano molto questo relativo disagio. Una nota a parte meritano i proprietari dell’appartamento, che ci hanno accolto con estrema gentilezza, fornendoci tutte le informazioni utili (del resto disponibili anche in appartamento in lingua inglese) sul luogo e su come rendere più gradevole il soggiorno, visitando le spiagge più belle ed i siti di interesse turistico e culturale. Ringraziamo di cuore Suzanne, Carlo, Angelo e signora.

Traumhaftes Appartement, charmanter Ort

Wir sind sehr freundlich und nett empfangen worden, danke nochmal an Angelo auch für die tollen Tipps! Das Appartement ist ein Traum. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet mit allem was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und die Lage hervorragend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen und an der Piazza ist immer etwas los. Wir konnten super entspannen und genossen abends gerne den Sonnenuntergang bei einem Glas Wein und der tollen Aussicht. Wir haben Pizzo und das Appartement in unser Herz geschlossen und werden sicher wieder kommen. Danke nochmal an Susan und Angelo!

Pizzo is a magical place...it’s s like Stepping back into time in a much more gentler era.

The property is first class and the people who run it are also classy people. Susan and Angelo are wonderful hosts you will not go wrong with “Dependance” & Pizzo. This is breathtaking property with views of the sea from every window and an amazing rooftop terrace. Recently renovated and tastefully furnished Its steps away from the main Piazza Della Ripubblica Where all the restaurants are. La localisation de cet appartement est privilégiée : proche de la plage et à proximité immédiate du centre de Pizzo. L'appartement est très bien agencé, décoré et équipé. Il est très confortable. C'est une prestation d'un très bon niveau. Propreté irréprochable en arrivant. Un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont très disponibles et peuvent intervenir très rapidement en cas de besoin, de questions... Bref, une semaine vraiment très agréable. Rien à dire contre.

Outstanding!

My wife and I stayed for two weeks and things could not have gone any better. Susan and her team made us feel extremely welcome and her tips regarding the local restaurants, sightseeing, etc. were very helpful. The apartment itself is stunning with dramatic views of Pizzo and the sea. We always tried to be home at sunset so we could enjoy the view from the terrace. Magnificent view apartment in ideal location

Our stay in Pizzo was a memorable one. Big thanks to Susan, the owner and her family for making feeling us welcome and introducing the city and area. Everything went just perfect. The apartment was beautifully renovated, decorated and equipped with anything which we could possibly need, including a sun umbrella. It was brand new and looked exactly as in the pictures, in fact larger than we had expected. The roof terrace was a perfect place for sunset watching and relaxing with a drink in armchairs. All the places like restaurants, small grocery shops and several gelaterias in the centro storico just few steps away, the beach just 10 minutes with crystal clear water. If we are going to Pizzo again, we would definitely chose this apartment due to its owners' professional and friendly approach, perfect location and convenience of the apartment. We would also like to hire a car to explore the area around Pizzo. Thank you!!!

We have renovated two over 200 year old properties in Pizzo. After a successful introduction of our "Palazzo Pizzo Residence" we are now welcoming guests at the "Dependence delle Grazie" and at "Studio Bellavista". All three vacation rentals are located in the centro storico di Pizzo Calabro.

Very spacious and very bright apartment !

Ideally located in the heart of the old town of Pizzo with stunning views over the sea, beach, pier, castello and the roofs of Pizzo Marina. The bars and restaurants are a stone's throw away and the beach within 10 minutes walking distance. On clear days you can see Stromboli, which is especially beautiful during sunsets. The Dependance has enough space for a relaxing holiday for a family, or a couple during a longer stay.
