Nice place!

We stayed in Little Rock for a short 2 nights to visit our son at UALR. The location was close to where we needed to be and very spacious for a garage apartment. The bed was comfortable and living area was perfect for just hanging out. We didn’t spend much time there, but would rent again for a quick trip where cooking wasn’t necessary.

Work Trip

I stayed at this property while in town for a couple nights for work. Communication was easy as far as accessing the property. It was in a great central location for me. The property was very clean, stylish and comfortable. Had plenty of extras if you needed to cook. I would stay here again next time I am in town.

Clean, new space, no key

The apartment listing is accurate. New, clean space above a garage in new home. I was only upset that I was NOT provided a key to the entrance and felt uneasy leaving all my belongings in an unlocked space each time I left. I requested a key the first day and never provided one over the 6 days I stayed. The garage door is noisy but only went up/down a few times per day. Street parking only but it was a well lit street.
