Little Pine: A Serene Tiny Home Retreat

Welcome to Little Pine, a charming tiny home nestled on 4 acres of land in the heart of Chester. This tiny home retreat is perfect for a peaceful getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, and features a garden, a wood fired outdoor sauna, and firepit. Accommodating up to four guests, Little Pine offers two sleeping areas, each with a queen-sized bed and one full bathroom, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.

The Space:
The bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed, wall mounted smart-tv, window AC unit, and small closet. Upstairs on the loft, there is a small seating area, queen-sized floor mattress, AC window unit, and direct views of the living area below.

The bathroom is well-stocked with guest towels and high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and essential paper products, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

The efficient kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine. We’ve stocked the kitchen with essential cookware, serving utensils, basic paper products, and cleaning supplies for hassle-free dining and upkeep. Enjoy your meals or morning coffee inside our tiny house, or take it out to the outside deck, complete with a table for watching wildlife and listening to birds sing. An outdoor gas grill and picnic table is also available for guests to use.

Our Tiny House is located off a dirt and gravel road. While the road is accessible year-round, it can be a challenge for low-profile vehicles. There is parking for four cars at the house. If you are looking to park a trailer or camper, please let us know first to ensure we can accommodate your vehicles.

Before your arrival, our home undergoes professional cleaning to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment. Allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay from the moment you step through the door. Little Pine blends comfort, convenience, and style, making it the perfect for those looking to enjoy a Tiny Home experience.

For entertainment, the house offers WiFi and TVs in both the living room and bedroom, allowing you to easily log into your favorite apps. Board games, card games, and books are also available for your enjoyment. A washer and dryer, along with basic laundry supplies, are conveniently located on-site to keep your clothes clean and ready for your next adventure.
