The bedrooms feature a nice blend of comfort with a queen bed and a twin bed w/trundle, ensuring a restful night's sleep. With amenities like AC, heating, a washing machine/dryer, brand new ready kitchen with new appliances, Roku TV and fiber optic WiFi, you'll have everything you need for a delightful stay. Immerse yourself in the charm of this coastal city, explore the nearby attractions, and create lasting memories. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Due to City of New Smyrna Beach code, we must lease for 30 day minimum stays, but 30 days here is typically less than a week at a hotel in New Smyrna.

We are a local NSB family and live about a block from the Esther Street Bungalow.

This is a beach side pedestrian community. You can walk to Flagler Ave within 2 minutes and there you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and pubs. Also, the Esther Street Beach Front Park, which is maintained by the City of New Smyrna Beach a 3 minute walk. There are showers and bathrooms at that park, as well as a pretty decent surf break right.

We love the small town feel of the North Beach district. To comply with NSB city code, we must lease for 30 minimum lease period.
