This huge new luxury home is exquisitely designed, with unmatched amenities. All Viking gourmet kitchen with all appliances and dishware you may need. Living area with cathedral ceilings and panoramic windows is stunning. Oversized master bedroom has a Jacuzzi in front of the window overlooking the mountains. Your own old world Irish pub with pool and poker tables. Movie theater has 8 recliners, 98" TV and premium sound. Sauna, steam room, large covered hot tub, exercise room. Unmatched luxury!
Our home is unique, you won't find this combination of amenities anywhere else! We built it to be enjoyed, and no detail was overlooked. Every space is uniquely designed.
Home is located near Waterville Valley, Tenney Mountain and Loon Mountain Ski Resorts. Gunstock, Wildcat, Attitash, etc, all a close drive. Embark on scenic hikes, discover waterfalls, or hit the slopes.
Dining area has a 10' foot table that comfortably seats 12 or more guests. Cook for all your guests on the new Weber Genesis grill.
En suite bathrooms feature his and hers (dual) curbless showers and tubs providing a spa-like experience.
Lower level offers endless entertainment, including large sauna, hamam (steam room) with shower and heated benches, and direct access to the large covered outdoor 8 person hot tub and a full bath. After sauna relax in the Moroccan theme meditation/tea room. Complete private spa!
Old Irish style bar is equipped with a sink, dishwasher, microwave and Subzero wine fridge/refrigerator combo. Watch a movie on the 98" QLED Samsung TV while relaxing in one of the 8 leather power recliners. Premium sound system will make you feel like you are in a real movie theater.
Netflix, Disney+, Max, and Hulu are configured on all 6 TVs in the house. Premium Alexa speakers are installed in all rooms and spaces and are connected to Amazon Music Unlimited.
Garage has level 2 EV charger compatible with all car models, including Tesla.
