With 2 queen beds and 1 king bed, you'll find comfortable accommodations for a restful night's sleep. The house features modern amenities like a hair dryer, heating, AC, WiFi, iron, and a washing machine. The 2 fully renovated bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers. Please note there are short flight stairs leading up to the bedrooms. Also, there is a no shoe policy in the house. Whether you're exploring the vibrant city or simply relaxing in the cozy living spaces, we hope you enjoy what our place and Buffalo has to offer. Niagara falls is only 25 minutes away. What a beautiful home. Host was very responsive prior to and during our stay. House was extremely clean and well kept. House is located near a lot of places to eat and shop and even though it was on a busier street, the house was quiet! I would definitely stay here again on future trips to Buffalo! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Excellent experience from every perspective. Host was extremely nice and transaction was easy. Home was spotless, extremely nice and comfortable. Location was also great (close to Wegmans, Francos Pizza and Wingnutz). Hope to stay here several weekends next winter during Canisius Womens Basketball season.

We rented this house for a Buffalo Bills game and to spend a few days in Buffalo/Niagara Falls. The house was centrally located to all of the spots we wanted to hit. It was very clean and perfect for our stay!

Excellent Stay

This was a very clean property with comfortably sized rooms to allow us ample space for our stay in the Buffalo area. The owner was responsive when we had questions - overall a good value for the price!
