Clean space with the amenities we needed for an impromptu trip to Buffalo. Host was quick to respond to our request for snow removal. Would definitely stay here again.

We rented this house for a Buffalo Bills game and to spend a few days in Buffalo/Niagara Falls. The house was centrally located to all of the spots we wanted to hit. It was very clean and perfect for our stay!

This was a very clean property with comfortably sized rooms to allow us ample space for our stay in the Buffalo area. The owner was responsive when we had questions - overall a good value for the price!

The house was exactly as described and was very clean. It is centrally located to lots of areas around Buffalo that we needed to travel to. I contacted Tommy a couple times with questions, and he was very quick to respond. My only complaint is that the beds and pillows are pretty uncomfortable.

Great place in Buffalo!

We had a great stay - our group was in town for a concert at Darien Lake Amphitheater and wanted to see Niagara Falls the following day, and Tommy’s home was in a perfect location for us to be easy driving distance to both. Tommy was very responsive and left clear instructions for everything we needed for our stay. His home was well outfitted, comfortable, and clean. We had a great stay and would recommend this home to anyone visiting Buffalo or the surrounding areas!

Fantastic Rental in a Great Location

This rental was a great stay for my first time in the Buffalo area. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a short drive to downtown. The house is well kept and maintained, was thoroughly cleaned when we arrived, and had everything we needed to make for a pleasant stay. 10/10 would stay here again.

Everything was pretty good. It was just located on a busy street. We had some issues with the door pad trying to enter the house sometimes. It was very clean and updated. The host was always available. Had pretty much everything we needed

The house is great. Updated, organized, clean, very comfortable. Even better was Tommy's help for us. He was extremely responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend him!

We stayed here two nights on a family trip. Location was good, house as described. Communication with owner was good. Only issue I had was there aren’t full blinds, just shades and it was fairly light in the rooms, also some road noise, as the house is located on a busy highway. Overall we had a good stay.

Visit to Niagara

Clean and comfortable property just about 30 mins from Niagara Falls. Safe and clean neighborhood with multiple food and grocery options. Tommy was also a great host, responsive and checking with us multiple times to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Won’t hesitate to stay here again

Pros: House was VERY clean and well stocked with everything needed. Updated bathrooms. Good central location. Owner communicated well. Very responsive. Cons: House is on a busy double-lane street. Beds and pillows a bit uncomfortable.
