With 2 queen beds and 1 king bed, you'll find comfortable accommodations for a restful night's sleep. The house features modern amenities like a hair dryer, heating, AC, WiFi, iron, and a washing machine. The 2 fully renovated bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers. Please note there are short flight stairs leading up to the bedrooms. Also, there is a no shoe policy in the house. Whether you're exploring the vibrant city or simply relaxing in the cozy living spaces, we hope you enjoy what our place and Buffalo has to offer. Niagara falls is only 25 minutes away. The house was exactly as described and was very clean. It is centrally located to lots of areas around Buffalo that we needed to travel to. I contacted Tommy a couple times with questions, and he was very quick to respond. My only complaint is that the beds and pillows are pretty uncomfortable.

This house is fantastic and the host is very attentive. The location is perfect for exploring Buffalo and the Niagara Falls Region. We stayed for 2 weeks and the house met all our needs and expectations. The house is very clean and the host provided many small extras like clothes and dishwasher soap, cooking spices, coffee and sugar. A word of caution as is in the listing this house is not for individuals with mobility issues. There is no bathroom or bedroom on the main level. That said we would definitely book this house again if we were in the region! Thank you for a great two weeks!

The beds were very firm and one of them was very low to the ground. It makes it more challenging traveling with senior citizens. Also the no shoes in the house policy should have been part of the listing description. We wore socks in the house which made it slippery walking up and down the stairs. The kitchen was stocked with very limited utensils and cookware.

We rented this house for a Buffalo Bills game and to spend a few days in Buffalo/Niagara Falls. The house was centrally located to all of the spots we wanted to hit. It was very clean and perfect for our stay!

Everything was pretty good. It was just located on a busy street. We had some issues with the door pad trying to enter the house sometimes. It was very clean and updated. The host was always available. Had pretty much everything we needed

Pros: House was VERY clean and well stocked with everything needed. Updated bathrooms. Good central location. Owner communicated well. Very responsive. Cons: House is on a busy double-lane street. Beds and pillows a bit uncomfortable.

Great place in Buffalo!

We had a great stay - our group was in town for a concert at Darien Lake Amphitheater and wanted to see Niagara Falls the following day, and Tommy’s home was in a perfect location for us to be easy driving distance to both. Tommy was very responsive and left clear instructions for everything we needed for our stay. His home was well outfitted, comfortable, and clean. We had a great stay and would recommend this home to anyone visiting Buffalo or the surrounding areas!

We stayed here two nights on a family trip. Location was good, house as described. Communication with owner was good. Only issue I had was there aren’t full blinds, just shades and it was fairly light in the rooms, also some road noise, as the house is located on a busy highway. Overall we had a good stay.

Cute and cozy

The place was nice. It's not easy to find a 3 bed and 2 bath in that area so we were glad to find this gem. The only unexpected thing was the living room wasn't as big as we expected from the pictures. The photos made it look very spacious but it's not really. Other than that, all great.

Excellent Stay

This was a very clean property with comfortably sized rooms to allow us ample space for our stay in the Buffalo area. The owner was responsive when we had questions - overall a good value for the price!

Niagara Falls Weekend

Very clean house. We felt at home since we have a no-shoes-in-the-house policy at home also. Responsive host. There could be a few improvements. An espresso machine, outside outlet for EV charging (partial), back-up supplies (dishwasher liquid etc), couple more beer glasses.

Fantastic Rental in a Great Location

This rental was a great stay for my first time in the Buffalo area. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a short drive to downtown. The house is well kept and maintained, was thoroughly cleaned when we arrived, and had everything we needed to make for a pleasant stay. 10/10 would stay here again.

The best

This is me and my wife’s second time booking this bnb,and it’s just the best. Everything’s accurate and the house is beautiful the beds are soft and the bathrooms are nice. Tommy is the best,good communication and there for his people that are interested in booking for any questions. Honestly the best owner and home and I look forward to continue booking with Tommy because his property fits me and my wife’s needs and able to relax and the location is nice and quite.
