This gorgeous, two bedroom penthouse apartment with wrap around deck overlooks the Blue River and provides guests with sunrise and sunset views. There's a full kitchen, gas grill on the deck, dining table for six, gas fireplace, living area with wall mounted cable TV and HEATED garage. The master with en suite bathroom is fitted with a king bed; the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a second bathroom in the hallway. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area hosts 2 additional guests. From the deck, take in the views and sounds of the babbling river as well as Ptarmigan Mountain to the west and Buffalo Mountain to the east. The river is so close, you might imagine fishing right from the porch!! Other than an owner's closest, the entire apartment is available to our guests. The entryway includes a bench and storage cubbies as well as a large washer and dryer (detergent provided). There are 2 parking spaces: 1) HEATED garage which means heading straight to the mountains on powder days; 2) Outdoor parking space. Both spots are literally three steps from the entrance to the apartment. Store your skis and boots, bikes, fishing gear in the garage during your stay and wake up to warm boots and a snow-free car on powder days. Note: The condo is on the third floor of the unit. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.
