Boise wedding

We came for a wedding that was taking place a few blocks away. House was perfectly located and was spacious enough for family members to drop by and visit.

Lying about charges!

House was nice but it was 90⁰ and the heat on. Hot tub was turned down to 98⁰. We didn't have wi-fi info to use it. We got it for 1 night because I was graduating from Boise State University and it was an early morning graduation and I live in southern Idaho. After checking out I got an invoice for taking pillows. We didn't take any pillows! I wrote back we didn't take them and contacted Vrbo support. Now the owner says her cleaner found the pillows and wants 100 for damages. Excuse me? We didn't damage anything. Even picked up and took trash out before we left. Owner just wants more money even though we paid over 400 for just one night. She has other negative reviews. Anyone reading this beware! I would no recommend booking this house. We've never had problems before. We booked this house because it does have a hot tub and we were adults celebrating my graduation and just wanted a soak and relax. The owner accusing of taking pillows and then when I disputed it saying we did damage and charging the same amount is ridiculous!

Don’t plan on anything working

I typically don't write reviews, but after this experience, I felt it was necessary. Upon arrival, we couldn't get the internet to connect, and it wasn’t until the second day that the property manager responded. Additionally, none of the TVs worked, and their response was simply, “we’ve never had a problem.” They did show up the next day, and I spent some of my time troubleshooting with them. Unfortunately, the hot tub was also broken during our entire stay, which was especially disappointing since I booked this place specifically for the hot tub. They didn’t offer an alternative or any compensation for this inconvenience. I’ve stayed in countless VRBO homes, and I’ve never had an experience like this.
