I typically don't write reviews, but after this experience, I felt it was necessary. Upon arrival, we couldn't get the internet to connect, and it wasn’t until the second day that the property manager responded. Additionally, none of the TVs worked, and their response was simply, “we’ve never had a problem.” They did show up the next day, and I spent some of my time troubleshooting with them. Unfortunately, the hot tub was also broken during our entire stay, which was especially disappointing since I booked this place specifically for the hot tub. They didn’t offer an alternative or any compensation for this inconvenience. I’ve stayed in countless VRBO homes, and I’ve never had an experience like this.
