パーキンスコーブの入り口のプライベート通りにあるシングルファミリーホーム。 私たちの家では、ビーチ（1マイル）に歩いたり、トロリーに乗ったりすることができます。 トロリーの停留所は、通りの正面にあります。 有名なマージナルウェイへは、わずか0マイルの距離にあります。 花とハーブで満たされた豪華な畑に囲まれ、町内にあります。 ショアロードの切望された側にいる！ どこでも歩きます。 2016年5月に全面改修完了！ すべての新しい家具、リネン、塗料、木製の床などをお楽しみください！ また、ビーチチェア、パラソル、タオル、カートなどもレンタルできるため、持ち物を持ち込む必要はありません。
     2016年は、長年賃貸した後、この家を所有する最初の夏でした。 レンタルシーズンが2回成功し、私たちの家を楽しんでくれたすばらしい人々に感銘を受けました。

We visited for two nights and three days in mid-October 2025. We could not have been happier with our stay! The accommodations were perfect, a well-kept home, very clean with thoughtful touches. Our 77-year old Dad was traveling with us, and the accessibility from parking in the driveway and a relatively flat, short walk into the home with only a few steps. There is a nice, comfortable bedroom suite on the first floor, which includes a 1/2 bath. This suite is located off the kitchen/dining room, living room along and the nearby outdoor side porch. I would only caution that the steps to the upstairs are a little steep, where there is a shared full bathroom in the hallway and a full bathroom in the primary suite. Our dad was able to navigate this arrangement just fine but could be helpful to reiterate there is no shower located on the first floor. I think the listing is fairly clear about all of this too. Highly recommend this home and location! Loved this home's outdoor seating space and its proximity to Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, restaurants, and local shops. We could walk to Marginal Way and a couple of shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk! If you are up for more walking, you could also continue into town via Marginal Way along the ocean or via sidewalks lined with shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Amazing house and location!

We rented this house for a college roommate get together (35 years since we all met!). It was perfect! The house has everything you could need and the decor is spot on. We loved the Texas touches blended in with the Maine decor. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were and the water pressure in the shower was heaven! Important things when you are in your 50s! Highly recommend this gorgeous house and ideal location!

Family friendly home walking distance from everything

We spent a long weekend in April in Ogunquit. The house is generously sized, clean, and in a really special location with very easy access to Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, and downtown Oguiquit. The kids are already asking if we can come back in the summer! Highly recommend!

Girls Weekend

We had a great stay at Raime’s house. Plenty of room for 8 of us and all of our holiday shopping bags! We loved the giant dining room table and cozy living room. The house is in a great location too. We were lucky enough to get a couple inches of snow before we left. So pretty.

We had 8 women from different NE states come together for our 21st get away. The house was in a perfect location for all our activities (Finestkind boat ride, Front Porch, Art Museum, play) and of course shopping! The only suggestion would be another comfy chair for gathering in the living room after our wonderful days!

Family mini vacation

Second time staying at this house. It is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has all you need and more. Plenty of room for the twelve of us to do things together. It was a short walk to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way, and nighttime found us sitting around the outdoor fire pit playing games and having fun. Ramie, the hostess, was always available to answer my questions. Looking forward to next year.

Wonderful Time in OGT!!!

What an incredible home in a perfectly beautiful location! Our family of 6 had plenty of room to enjoy being together:comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and pantry, and a large family room to gather together to play games and watch movies in the evening. We enjoyed our walks to Perkins Cove, just 10 minutes away from Marginal Way, lovely ocean views, and amazing restaurants! Our favorite was the Lobster Shack! Thank you, Raime, for a lovely stay in your wonderful home!!!

Great Fall Getaway

This was the perfect house and spot for our family to spend a long weekend. Even with 4 kids 7 and younger, we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. There was plenty of space for us all to gather and the kids loved the bunk room!

Third time staying here!

Wonderful trip to Ogunquit! This was our third time staying here with ages ranging from 5 to 69! Perfect house for multiple families to stay and be together. This house has the best layout, comfortable accommodations, and location! We love being able to walk to Perkins cove or up to the Ogunquit center to shop and eat as well. Special celebration

Thoroughly enjoyed our family celebration in spite of the hurricane threat heading toward us! Communication with owner regarding our decision to proceed was comforting and as it turned out we had such great weather, weekend was a success with all family enjoying our time together! The home was just what we needed, space for adult children and young grands! The location is perfect for walks to Perkins Cove and town. Lovely outside area with plenty of space to relax while children played!

Great location and home for your trip to Ogunquit

This home is in a great location and walking distance to Barnacle Billy's for Rum Punches or to Jonathan's for a great dinner and everything in between. The home has all the comforts you want when you stay at a VRBO. We will stay here again.

Amazing home!!

My family, friends, and my self stayed here for a girls trip and it was fantastic. The house was perfect and it accommodated all 8 of us just fine. It was clean, neat and the decor was very homey. It was very close to Perkins cove making a walk in the morning easy and fun. The host Raime was amazing and helped with any questions I had quickly. I will definitely come back to stay here in the future!

Home away from home

This is our second time staying at this lovely property. We loved it so much last summer, that we decided to do it all over again. Raime immediately responded when we had any questions. The house is clean, updated, and has plenty of space for two families of four. It’s in the perfect location where you can walk to everything. The kids loved having a short walk to the candy store and the ice cream store, as well as cute gift shops. There was also a great table for doing puzzles. We finished two 1000 piece puzzles in just the one week we were there. And having the washer and dryer upstairs was super convenient. We hope we can come back again next year!

Great stay

The location is wonderful! The house was spacious, comfortable, and well stocked. We enjoyed the fire pit and roasting the marshmallows left for us upon arrival which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!

We are Texans who are Mainers at heart. We have been traveling to OGT for a month every summer for the past 20 years. In November of 2015 we purchased the house after renting it from our neighbor for a decade. It already seemed like it was ours! We continue to come every summer for our month, using it for the entire summer of Pandemic 2020. Our children have grown up knowing Maine as their summer home. The weather, idyllic surroundings and simplicity of OGT give us the perfect get-away from our hectic Houston life. When they were younger our kids loved to walk to Perkins Cove with $5 and go crazy at the candy store or the toy store while we stayed home and relaxed on the porch. Our days in OGT involve going to the beach, eating ice cream, and cooking outdoors. As a family, we find the beauty of doing a 5000 piece puzzle or watching birds in the field; things we don't find time to do at home in Houston.

Our house has great open property next to it and across the street, filled with wildflowers and birds to watch. We love that we can sit on the porch and see nature, not the neighbors, but we are a stone's throw from everything. We've always imagined one of our children getting married in OGT. The fields are the perfect place. This house is not on the "other side" of Route 1. It's on the right side!
We frequently walk the Marginal Way. Just at the top of the street from our house, we can enter the walkway and walk all the way down to the beach. Simply stroll or take your chances on the rocks as the waves crash in. Or bring a book and sit on a bench and just listen to the ocean.

Our house is perfectly situated on the south side of town, at the entrance to Perkins Cove. The location is what attracted us the most to the house. The porch, outdoor shower, private road, and fire pit all add to its allure. Go to the Cove and get fresh lobsters fresh off the boat. Steam them and picnic outside...the best way to eat lobstah! Our guests frequently remark that they love the openness of our home, making it comfortable for a group of up to 12. We have puzzles, kids toys, games, magazines, and books for your enjoyment during your stay. Beach equipment and towels are available to rent.
