Charming Swiss Chalet Fire Pit Beach Access

1. Check-in is at 5 pm. A key code will be sent to you up to 48 hours prior to check-in.2. NO Pets allowed.3. No smoking in the house. Fees will be assessed for in-house smoking.4. Please leave shoes outside by front and back doors.5. No parties or third-party visitors allowed. Registered guests only.6. Please leave used towels in the bathroom. 7. The outdoor grill is available for guests. Please refer to the guide book for how to operate and clean it. Turn off gas valve before leaving. We ask our renters to clean the grill after using it or on check out as a courtesy to the next guests, additional $25 fee will be charged if it was left in a messy state.8. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the damage waiver amount must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb or other booking platform9. We follow the Good Neighbor Policy! Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.Beach pass will be provided upon arrival and please note that renters CANNOT access the beach on Saturdays!Please make sure to bring your own beach towels as we only provide bath towels.To ensure guaranteed access to the beach, please make your reservation at least 5 days before your intended start date. This will allow you to receive a beach pass for vehicle access. Access by foot may be available but is subject to the association’s discretion and may be denied.Suissevale Renter Beach Notice Rules and RegulationsWhen applicable (July 1st through Labor Day)No animals are allowed at the beach (leashed or unleashed), no glass containers are allowed at the beach, there is no trash pick up at the beach and we all need to take our trash home when we leave; and please don't feed the ducks as their excrement can cause harmful bacteria outbreaks in the lake that may result in beach closings and rashes.Renters are not allowed to use the Suissevale beach or beach parking lot at any time on Saturdays during the summer between July 1st and the end of the Labor Day weekend. This includes walking onto the beach, as well as using the beach parking lot. We recognize the "beach" as all areas after the bridge.At all times renters are prohibited from beaching any jet skis or boats in the designated boat area on Suissevale Beach. This includes all days of the week, not just Saturdays. The use of the designated boating area is reserved for Suissevale members only.Renters can only access the beach on weekdays and Sundays during the summer (July 1st through the end of the Labor Day weekend). However, in order for a renter to do so, the homeowner must first secure an infrastructure or renter's parking pass at our business office to access the beach parking lot and beach. Any use of the Suissevale members' blue hanging tag to access the beach parking lot by renters is a violation of the Policy.The Guest renter tag MUST be hanging from the mirror of the vehicle when parking at the beach parking lot.Only ONE car is allowed per rental at the beach.There are no replacement tags if you lose the tag during your stay; there are no re-makes.Failure to follow rules above will incur a $700 fine.
