This second-floor, split-level luxury oceanfront condo in Wild Dunes offers stunning Atlantic views from the private sundeck and easy access to both the beach and the Mariner’s Walk community pool. Just steps from the sand, this Isle of Palms vacation rental is ideal for families and relaxing coastal getaways.
Completely rebuilt from the studs between March 2024 and May 2025, the condo has been fully reimagined with brand-new furnishings and high-end finishes throughout. The ocean-view living area features a large wall-mounted TV and opens directly to the sundeck, creating the perfect space to unwind.
The updated kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both a Keurig and standard coffee maker. An open floor plan on the main level makes it easy for families to gather and enjoy time together.
Sleeping accommodations include a downstairs guest room with a queen bed and full hallway bath, an upstairs guest room with twin-over-twin bunk beds and a private bath, and a primary suite with a king bed and private bath featuring a walk-in tiled shower.
Guests also enjoy access to the beautifully landscaped Mariner’s Walk community with a swimming pool and charcoal grills. With luxury updates, direct beach access, and family-friendly amenities, this oceanfront Wild Dunes condo is the perfect Isle of Palms retreat.
**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

• Maximum occupancy is 8.
• One designated parking space located in front of Building 2, with additional parking available in the open lot.
• There is a set of stairs to access the condo and another set inside. No elevator access, so it may not be suitable for all guests.
• This is a smoke-free and pet-free property.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi and linens are provided.
• This property does not have access to the Wild Dunes pool or gym—only the Mariners Walk pool.
