Winter (Nov–Mar): Pool $115/day • Hot Tub $35/day • Pool + Hot Tub $150/day
Summer (Apr–Oct): Pool $95/day • Hot Tub $25/day • Pool + Hot Tub $120/day

We heat the pool up to 90°F! Unlike many rentals, you’ll get full app access to control the lights, jets, and temperature for both pool & spa. No twist-timers, no limits—just relax and enjoy.

Maximum Occupancy (Per Mesquite Municipal Code): Up to 12 adults (age 12+). Children under 12 are not counted toward this limit.

Our home includes enough beds to accommodate families, but no more than 12 adults may stay overnight, per city regulations.

The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen for a rental that I’ve ever seen! The beds are super comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the fire pit was just the right touch.

This house was exceptional. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essential items. We had 10 people which the accommodations were perfect for us. The game room was one of the best perks from the atmosphere, design and assortment of games and activities, just awesome. The pool and spa were also wonderful and just what we needed to relax.Thomas was our Host and I can't say enough good things about him. The communication from the moment we booked all through our stay and after were nothing short of Superior. Just Wonderful to work with.We were in town for a funeral but this house and our Host made our stay an amazing experience. We will definitely look to stay here every time we visit.

This property was amazing. The game room and the spa/pool was perfect. Nice open kitchen and living spaces. Was clean and had all the amenities we could have asked for. Highly recommended and perfect spot for friends and families to gather.

The house was very clean. The host/house offers plenty of amenities. Four of us stayed for a guys weekend of golf. We all looked forward to going back to the house, to chill in the hot tub. Highly recommended.

Only stayed for a short night but we were entranced with the property. It was beautiful! Our kids played in the game room for the small amount of hours we were there and had a blast. I will say, it is kind of a bummer you have to pay to heat the hot tub and pool! For about 600 a night, that seems pretty steep to tack on an extra dollar amount to warm it. All in all, such a fun experience! Wish we could’ve had a few more days!

Great getaway with kids

Beautiful home. Fun games and pool. We had a wonderful time with the kids. Host responded fast with any questions we had and was always pleasant to work with. We would definitely rent again for a getaway with friends and/or family.

Great place!

There were 6 of us on a golf trip, great place to base out of to play around the area. Close to all the Mesquite courses, casino, highway and grocery store. Thomas was a great host and very responsive!

Amazing place

This place is amazing. The game room is wonderful and the house is newer and very nice. There were a few small issues while there, but due to Thomas being responsive and making things right, it still gets 5 stars.

Hello! I am from Salt Lake City, Utah. I enjoy playing just about any sport (Summer 2023 Kickball beer league champion here), and just being out in the sun. I bought this vacation home to help me find ways to enjoy the sun (particularly in the winter). I'm hoping you can enjoy the house when I am not using it!

I chose Mesquite Nevada, as it has those small town vibes. I enjoy the 8 golf courses in a 15 mile radius. The sun is the real reason why I purchased a vacation home here.

My property is unique with the gaming garage. I want this home to be full of fun activities to do while you relax on your vacation. Whether you are here for a golf trip with your friends, or for a sports tournament... I hope you have more than enough to enjoy while you relax.
