2 story cottage in Seminole Heights

Enjoy great views from our 2 story cottage in Seminole Heights. Cook at home in our fully equipped kitchen or walk to world class restaurants and micro-breweries. We are minutes from downtown Tampa, Ybor City, river parks, and convenient to Pinellas beaches. Our cottage is located behind our own house, which sits on a half acre property. You will enjoy the shade of our moss-filled grand oaks, our small "secret" garden and our swimming pool and patio.

We do not charge a cleaning fee.

Your cottage is fully independent, but we live on the premises and will answer any question you may have about our area.
This cottage can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a regular queen bed upstairs and a full futon downstairs. As there is only 1 bathroom, we recommend that the parties are close friends. There are no doors closing off the downstairs space from the upstairs and those sleeping downstairs will use the common bathroom upstairs.

You may use the pool, but family members might be using it as well. Your cottage opens up onto the pool and surrounding yard, with additional garden on the opposite side. The cottage is equipped with a full kitchen with refrigerator, range, and microwave.
