気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
This is not a place for you if your prefer cleanliness. As I was unpacking when we arrive, I notice ever surface I touch was dirty. Originally, I was just going wipe down & then continue unpacking. I figured since I added an extra day to the reservation, I wasn't going to worry about it. Once I got to the bathroom, I realize it was worse than I originally thought. My plan was to take pictures & send them the host to prove it was like this when arrived. Received a standard apology but no other communication. At this point, we drove four hours to get there & spent over an hour cleaning. After unpacking, I finally sat down the living room & instantly starting smelling pet urine. I was unable to contact customer service after serval attempts. I realize that there wasn't going to be an opportunity to be switched to a different property. I decided to try to eliminate the smell because my son that I haven't seen in years was driving from Floridia to see me. It ended being a throw rug in the living room. It took me serval attempts from Thursday to Saturday to figure how to isolate the smell from being throughout the whole house. The scenario completely exhausted me which impacted me enjoying my time with my family. After finally contacting customer service, they said it was up to host to refund cleaning fee. Sent requested info & never heard back
