Wonderful vacation and home

Host was very friendly and offered a lot of good suggestions for restaurants, beaches, and "off the beaten path" things to do. The home is beautiful and accommodated our two families very well. Close to town, restaurants and beaches. Definitely will book again!

We had an amazing time at this location! It was perfect for our group of families, offering plenty of space and a great atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. Food and stores were just 6 minutes away, making it super convenient for quick trips. Whether we were grabbing a bite or picking up supplies, everything we needed was right around the corner. Highly recommend this spot for family gatherings!

Beautiful spot, so grateful to have stayed!

Dujardin’s place is amazing. Our group stayed over a long weekend and enjoyed every area, particularly the roof deck and outdoor patios. The location was great for getting into town or a quick trip to the grocery store, but if we weren’t at the beach, we were enjoying the terraces. Highly recommend!!

Perfection! Beyond Beautiful

Dujardin's house is absolutely gorgeous. The view is incredible. There's tons of areas for people to have personal space, but also great central locations for people to get together. He was very kind, knowledgeable and helped us with anything we might need. I want to stay here again as soon as possible, it was perfection.

Incredible!

What an amazing place!! Beautiful location close to Rincon with spectacular 360 view of surrounding hills and Caribbean from roof deck. Dujardin was a fantastic host, great communication and all of the property is well maintained. When not at the beach take advantage of the pool. Highly recommend for large group and/or family vacation in the sun.

Excellent place for a large family

This place was great! My family has come to Rincon a few times now and we have stayed in a few places and this definitely one of the best. The owner was super accommodating and helpful and communicative. Any problems we had were immediately addressed. The place is spacious and perfect for a big group. We all had our own space, so could relax in our own or congregate as a family. The view is also amazing. We loved it and highly recommend it for anyone.

Second Time Stay

Dujardins property in Rincon is its own retreat. I love exploring and trying new things but based on our experience here 2 years ago we knew it would be foolish to try to beat it. So we came back and had another amazing time. Next time we will be coming back as well! If that doesn’t speak for the property I don’t know what will!

Nothing but AMAZING!!

The Owner Dujardin was an excellent host! Always available for questions and anything we needed. The entire property is beautiful very convenient for large families. The pool is amazing but what really takes your breath away is the view from the top Terrace. A great place to really disconnect and come in contact with nature. The beach is just 6 minutes away. Overall it was amazing and we can’t wait to visit.The Terraces at Rincon again!!! Thanks Dujardin We stayed from July14-16

Inspires wellness and fullness!

This house is INCREDIBLE! I've never seen a space quite like this--the house, the land, and the whole energy really come together to create a totally unique piece of the world. I couldn't help but notice myself feeling better in every sense: the property was beautiful and meticulously maintained; the owners were always ready with answers, recommendations, and smiles; and the house is just minutes away from beaches, mountains, and the town of Rincon. I will be back, ASAP!

This house is made for a large family group!!

Let me start by saying the pictures of this did not do this house justice!! The house is nestled in the hills of Rincón with both ocean and Mountain View’s from the top terrace. With a family of 18 the house has plenty of space and privacy with each floor having a kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. The outdoor space was built to host, with a pool and grilling area. The gym onsite was a plus for the fitness junkies that were in our group. Dujardin was an amazing host!!! He gave us an in depth tour of the home and made us feel very welcome. I definitely recommend staying in this home if you have a large group. The downtown area is beautiful, about 10 minutes from the house is the beautiful plaza with plenty of shops and restaurants available. The choices of beaches are endless and each one more unique than the last. I plan on staying here on our next family trip for sure!!!

No generator, or working water tank

When we arrived everything looked ok, except for the bathroom of the last floor apartment, it was disgusting. The next day there was no water on either of the apartments and no working water tank so we had to wait for the owner to connect the apartments to "his personal water tank", then we went to the beach and came back to a flooded 2nd story apmnt and no power on either of the apmnts for several hours cause of the rain wich I'm sure it's happened before so, not exactly sure why it hasn't been fixed since is a vacation place... location was not far from the beach and a partial refund for the inconvenience was offered, not yet received (but we just got back from the place).

The Whole Package!

How do I best describe this property... The perfect location... Close to everything but at the same time you feel like you are staying at an exclusive, quiet and fantastic property! I live in Puerto Rico and know that when you rent in Rincon you have to make sure you aren't surrounded by bars and live loud music - unless that is what you are looking for. If you want the perfect retreat this is it! Immaculately maintained, clean, modern, quiet and centrally located - this is it! The view - WOW! The breeze - constant. The pool - perfect for sun or no sun - it has a shaded section!!! The terrace under the tree ! Our main meeting spot! You are not surrounded by other properties. Pure view and at night the distant lights of homes. All apartments were clean and beatifully decorated. It is obvious the owner is proud of his property. The manager, Fernando Perez, is an asset to the property. Always available. We are definitely coming back!

Great place to stay with family and friends.

I was looking for a place to celebrate my big brother birthday and this location was perfect. Nice pool, grill and all the rooms were comfortable for all my family. Dujardin and Fernando are great and I felt lime home. I will recommend this place to my family and friends

The property was a great place for our extended family vacation.

Enough space for our extended family to be together and also have our own space. Lots of stairs to each level of you have issues with stairway just to be aware. Parking for multiple cars. New gym and laundry in the building were both great and convenient! Roof was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon wine. Thank you for having us.

Paradise in Rincon

Beautiful property and perfect for our large group. Basically 4 individual suites with the pool, gym, grill, and balcony all to share. Would recommend!

The most wonderful surprise

Dujardin is a wonderful host. He employs a diligent & friendly property manager to address urgent issue, but still responds to messages quickly. The property was excellent - truly what I expected & then some! The rooms are actually separate apartments with their own full kitchens, bathes, & living rooms. All this allowed for my bachelorette party to remain a stress free weekend. The terraces & balconies were the icing on top. Cannot recommend enough! 10/10

It would be nice to know the arrangement of bedrooms-more a terraced style. There is not one large indoor area to gather (with a group of 14). Lots of outdoor areas that are perfect!

Terraces at Rincon - Great Week of Get Away

We took 9 people to Puerto Rico and stayed here. The owner and the property manager are the icing on the cake. The property is wonderful and the listing and pictures are accurate. Hands down no better views in town. Wonderful response from the owner and property manager, they are the perfect host. I highly recommend to this property to anyone. It is beautiful and the people are wonderful. Thank you to the owner and property manager for making our trip the best!

Wow!! Wow!!

This place is amazing!! Pictures do no justice. The rooms are spotless and have everything needed. We were a party of 15 and we all had our own private rooms and were able to “co exist” separately as this house offers three separate living spaces all including kitchens, full baths and two to three bedrooms! The pool, decks, and outdoor space is just the icing on the cake. The roof top deck made for amazing sunrise coffees and cold beer sunsets. Only about 5min from steps beach, Maria’s point, and Domes. And then only about 7 minutes from sandy beach. The host is the man ! He was such a big help and made us feel very welcomed and helped us with all our needs ! Will definitely be going back ! Thank you !
