The apartment consists of an air-conditioned and cozy living room, 2 air-conditioned and furnished bedrooms, a complete kitchen with all the necessary items for your best stay, a balcony with views of the sea and the city.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

Located on the edge of Salvador, Ilha de Mallorca is the newest launch in the Praia do Flamengo region (the best beach in the region, with the best tents, Lôro and Pipa).

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed by elevator.
