Escape to Summer House 108—an oceanfront gem nestled within the 24-hour gated resort of Wild Dunes, where the sand is just steps from your private walk-out patio. This bright, beautifully updated condo features two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sweeping views of the ocean and pool. Inside, you’ll find a relaxed, family-friendly space complete with Smart TVs, board games, and a vintage Ms. Pac-Man machine for timeless fun. With its prime location and thoughtful touches throughout, it’s easy to see why guests return year after year for unforgettable beach getaways.

Summer House Condos: Amenities located on the ground floor:
• Private parking lot (with ample space for two allotted cars.)
• Elevator and luggage carts
• Direct private Summer House pool and beach access
• Pool house with bathrooms
• Outdoor showers

Summer House #108 - Located on the First Floor of Building 1:
• Take the elevator up one level from the parking lot (or just walk a few steps up from the parking lot directly to the condo)

• Ensuite bathroom featuring dual sinks and a tub/shower combo
• Walk-in closet with a built-in wall safe
• Direct access to patio

Guest Bedroom:
• 1 King bed
• 1 Full sleeper sofa
• Ensuite bathroom with combo tub and shower (also accessible from the hallway)

Main Living Space:
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Dining area with seating for 6, and breakfast bar with seating for 4
• Living room with ample seating, Queen sleeper sofa, and direct access to the patio
• Patio with private stairs to the pool and beach
• Laundry room with washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board, also includes an expanded hot water heater

Comfortable and clean beach front condo in Wild Dunes

We enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed the view from the patio. We spent many evening hours enjoying the sound of the surf and also one rainy afternoon enjoying reading and relaxing. The walk to the beach was quick and easy also.

Love it!

Beautiful property in a wonderful location. We all loved how close to the beach it is. Sitting on the back porch enjoying the ocean view was awesome. We loved everything about this property and will definitely be back!

Great place and location. Construction was in the building next door but was not an issue at all. Building is a bit dated but we understand it is to be renovated soon.

Great Mother Daughter trip!

We planned a last minute trip and was surprised that a condo on the beach was available. We were also pleasantly surprised at the view and the porch that led to the pool and beach as the pictures did not do it justice. The rental company was very easy to work with and texted me emergency numbers in case we had any issues (we did not). All in all it was great trip and I would highly recommend this condo.

Good time had by all!

The place was great and met all of our expectations. having a property with both a pool and easy walking to the beach was key to having an enjoyable time with young children. Our only minor complaint would be that the entire property seemed to lack any recycling on the premise which seems crazy when most rentals will have tons of cans, bottles, and cardboard to recycle with the full kitchens. Pac-Man, the available board games, and reading material were all great!

Excellent location and lovely condo

My grandsons and I came to Isle of Palms to do some deep sea fishing. I knew we wanted to stay in Wild Dunes because I had stayed there before. This condo overlooks the lovely swimming pool and the beach (which you can see from the condo) is only a 2 minute walk. The condo is quite comfortable and lovely even though the cabinets and bathrooms haven’t been updated. It had EVERYTHING we needed (except a pizza pan) including things you don’t find in most rental units like extra TP, extra towels and bedroom linens and even laundry detergent. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There is an elevator and luggage carts if you don’t want to use the stairs. The grounds and pool area are immaculate! There is construction going on because a new high rise is being built on an adjacent property, but we could not hear it inside the condo. I highly recommend this condo unit.

We were very happy with the proximity to the beach, the parking, and the layout and size of the condo. Our impression is the price was reasonable, esp. given the dates.There are two issues:1. There were 4 remotes for the TV/video set up. There were no directions or manuals. We needed to call IOP and Tyler from maintenance was a big help but this should not have been necessary.2. There were no recycling services for the entire building, We eventually located some sites but we find this very alarming. It was if we were in another country. We asked two people at IOP and got a blank stare.

The unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was great to have two full baths to utilize. Wild Dunes is a quiet area. There are a few restaurants on the property but we did have to drive to eat out. Explored Charleston, Sullivan's Islans, Mt. Pleasant and Follu Beach from here. It was a relaxing vacation!'

We were always informed. The facilities at Summerhouse 108 were exceptional. Very neat and clean and kept up to date. The owners provided a note book the information you needed about the house plus all light switches were labeled. Excellent reading material was provided and up to date TVs and coffee pots (very y important). Owners that really care plus they showed pride in their facilities. Thanks so much and “God bless”.

The realty management company was efficient and well prepared, providing us with clear instructions and orientation to the property. We highly recommend this location and will probably plan to return again in the future.

Great unit

The location was very accessible, and in close proximity to the beach. There was a wide variety of restaurants on the island, which made the stay that much better. Definitely will be back!
