This is the upstairs unit of a two-story home, offering incredibile views and all’-day Ocean breeze. This home is perfect for Work from home, boat tour access, water adventures on the Stand Up Paddleboards, and getting downtown.
The view faces North, allowing you to see the Sun Rise AND Sunset every day! And it sure is spectacular from your front porch :)
There is a bar area that overlooks the Ocean View; delightful for work, morning coffee or friends gathering. Warm water and a fully-equipped kitchen with a spacious refrigerator makes it comfortable for a family with kids and/or group of friends.
