Welcome to Sunset by the Ocean! Experience ultimate relaxation at this studio in the exclusive Reserva del Mar Beach Resort. Only 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes to Rodadero Beach by car, it features stunning ocean and Mountain View’s plus private beach access.
Perfect for couples and families! Fully stocked kitchen, A/C, washer, smart TV, fast speed Wi-Fi.
Adult and children pools, jacuzzies, gym, mini-golf, mini-soccer, beach volleyball, spa, yoga studio, restaurant, bar and more.
The Property:
The apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate 4 guests with a double bed, a semi-double bed, and a pull-out single bed. A portable crib is available upon request. Light-blocking curtains and Japanese panels offer extra shade from the sun.
The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with 2 bar chairs, a dining table for 4. and all the essential appliances, such as a blender, sandwich maker, bread toaster, and coffee maker.
The balcony offers stunning views of the mountains and ocean, featuring 2 sunbeds and a table with chairs.
Important Check-In Instructions
**Resort Fees:**
The resort charges a mandatory fee of $57,500 Colombian Pesos per stay for each guest aged 9 and older. This fee grants access to resort amenities, and guests will receive a wristband that must be worn at all times. Guests must pay this fee directly at reception upon check-in.
Please be aware that lost wristbands will require a replacement fee.
**Guest Registration:**
All guests MUST be registered prior to arrival, as per resort policy. Registration is handled by the host. Upon check-in at the lobby, physical passports or identification cards will be required for all guests and must match the registration details. The host will send you a message requesting registration information; please provide this information upon request to ensure a smooth registration process. Failure to do so may result in significant delays during check-in.
**Same Day Reservations:**
If you are making a same-day reservation, please send the following information IMMEDIATELY after booking and allow your host enough time to enter it in the system: complete names and document numbers for all guests, the main guest's current address, phone number, and email address, the reason for the trip (vacation, work), and vehicle information if using the parking (license plate, year, make, and model).
— Please keep in mind that your host may be unavailable to complete your registration immediately after booking. Additionally, the apartment administrator needs to be notified so she can coordinate arrival with guests, so please plan ahead —
**Traveling with Children:**
If traveling with children under 7, bring a civil registry or passport to verify parenthood. For minors not traveling with their parents, a power of attorney is required, specifying the parents' permission for the minor to travel with you.
**Per resort rules: Only emotional support pets with proper documentation are allowed to enter resort premises**
Other Important Information:
**Outages:**
Please be aware that the host cannot control any outages (e.g., power, water) that may occur in the building or the city. In the event of outages within the apartment that are the responsibility of the host, we will do everything we can to find you alternate accommodation or offer a partial refund for the unused portion of your stay.
**Noise Considerations:**
The apartment is located in a beachfront resort, and being on the 18th floor, we rarely experience noise issues. However, while the resort administration can manage noise or altercations within the resort, they and the host cannot control external noise (e.g., loud music) outside the resort. If extreme noise disturbances occur, please notify the front desk for assistance.
**Guest Responsibility:**
It is essential for guests to read all information provided about the apartment and the resort before booking. Please review the entire listing to ensure you understand the rules and are well-prepared for your stay.
