Great Stay with Great Customer Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was a great place to stay if you are looking for something close to the beach and just a few blocks from the main drag. The rental contained everything we needed to enjoy our weekend for a cross country trip. Centrally located and near good restaurants. A few upgrades and possibly some beach supplies would make this place amazing. The customer service was top notch, especially Kim. My wife left her wedding ring and jewelry bag in bathroom and it was promptly mailed to us. A great overall experience. If we ever go back we would definitely look into returning here.

Leaves some to be desired

The stay was lacking. We arrived to no beds being made. All linens and towels are in plastic packages. Apparently, they began that practuce during Covid. After a long day of travelling, it is a hassle to have to make three beds when you arrive. The pillows in the master bedroom were completely flat and one had holes in it. There were no hand soaps in the bathrooms. No toaster in the kitchen. We were never able to get any of the tvs to work. And the A/C was not working and was not fixed until the second evening of our stay. It was very difficult to get a response from the property manager before we arrived (I messaged several times asking about a coffee maker). Once checked in, we messaged about no soap and the A/C. Management was not prompt in replying, but did eventually respond. Apparently, a welcome bag should have been left with soaps, but was not. The A/C was eventually fixed and they said they would refund us two days of lodging. However, what the receipt showed as a daily rate and what they refunded did not match. They explained that other fees were included in the daily rate, which they did not refund us for. Overall, the location is close to the beach. The property is spacious. However, the management is not good and the property is dated and not well kept. We were disappointed with our visit and would not stay here again.

We were traveling with our two teenagers and our dog and this spot was exactly what we needed! Check in and check out was a breeze! And it was a perfect walking distance from the beach! I wish that the 21st St., South beach access had been open, but it was under construction at the time that we were there, but the next closest public beach access wasn’t too bad of a walk. Be sure to check with the owner or look in the outdoor closet before buying boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, or sand toys. Most of those things were there and available to us - we wouldn’t have bought our own boogie boards had we known that lol!Thanks for a great stay!

We were denied key access to the Grand Atlantic. Maybe this should not be advertised as an option. Looking forward to next year health and conditions permitting

This property exterior was not as well kept as the next street over. Area vibe seemed to vary street by street. Arrived to 1 foot high weeds on Saturday apparently Monday is grass day. I’ve never been to Myrtle beach before so can’t say much on area. Just not used to people dropping trash, bottles etc. on ground and not caring. We were there for a baseball tournament for the week. 5 minute walk to the beach was convenient. The property was dog friendly so that was nice. There is construction currently going on across the street and is relatively quiet considering. Though seems to be common to just throw bulk trash like toilet and furniture out to curb. Overall it was okay for the price but if I would stay way up in north myrtle beach where there is more of a onsite property management situation.

Shower head of the master bedroom need be replaced, and sink look like need some drain cleaning (water take too longer to go away) other than that, we loved the house.

Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood just a 5 minute walk from the beach. We had everything we needed (except a pair of scissors, LOL). The cookware was really nice and heavy duty. There was a patio for bar-b-quing and relaxing after a long day at the beach. We had 6 people with us and the townhouse had more than enough room for all of us to be comfortable. I felt very safe as the beach was not overcrowded. I would go again and rent this townhouse in a heartbeat. People who complain that myrtle beach is unsafe, especially the south end near the airport are wrong. Myrtle beach is like any other city. You just need to be cautious like anywhere else. The dining room had 4 chairs so we brought 2 of our own. The property management team was great! We had a little snafew with the keys and they promptly came over and let us in. Then they gave us a discount for our trouble. The customer service was exceptional!

Would not stay

The company was very nice on the phone and helpful but when we arrived at this townhome was very dirty and I didn't feel comfortable with my family staying here . Me and my husband ended up getting a hotel for 2 days and then leaving south Carolina and just went to flordia . The good thing is the company did refund our money but we had to wait a long time to get a hold of someone

The newest couch and love seat are so much nicer than the ones bought just two years ago. We have booked for next year and look forward to our visit government and healthy safety permitting. Only issue we have was the cleanliness of the unit. We managed to clean it taking nearly a month working an hour or two a day.

Dryer sounds like it is on it’s last leg. Kitchen cabinets can use a deep cleaning. Ceiling fan in guest bedroom sounds like it’s ready to fly off the ceiling. Very generous with the towels, however the beds and pillows are very old. There are only 2 pillows per bed. There were extra pillows in the closet but no extra pillow cases. Outside area of the whole complex needs some Ground maintenance. Proximity to the beach is very convenient. Really great to have 2.5 bathrooms.

We had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described! We did experience a slight problem with a roach and a spider, but the exterminator came that Friday. The owner left a lot of “extra” things on the porch; such as a boogie board and a baby pool for our doggie. There were plenty of towels and dishes included. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. This property met our needs and accepted our puppy, with no problems. There were a lot of rules and stipulations, but nothing that was too extreme. We wished check out time was around 11 because with everything that had to be completed in the home, along with packing, it doesn’t give you a lot of time to get things in order. We would definitely stay here again! Overall, it was everything we expected and more! Thanks!

From pictures it looked nice but Myrtle Beach is not the safest. Low cost than most and available 3 days before leaving, what's wrong with it. Took the chance, so happy i did. Nice roomy for three older adults to visit friends and relax. I would recommend to all but hey it's my secret.

Front glass door broken, would not shut, floor tile cracked, furniture worn out, Had to use bed pillows on sofa so I wouldn't sink down. Stair lights not working, 1 toilet did not flush, dirty under beds. Looked like everything was bought at the Dollar Store ie shower curtains, paper products, furniture etc. Managment company was way out of the way to get and return keys. Left early.
