Originally, we visited to check out the Dancing Bear Guesthouse on behalf of a friend who was interested in purchasing it. However, we quickly realized it wasn’t the right fit for him. Instead, we saw its potential and decided to take on the challenge ourselves. That decision turned out to be life-changing!
